Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days.
Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes).
I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!

tth_55The sea view is unbeatable, and the convenience is unparalleled.
My kids absolutely loved the Baskin & Robbins downstairs – a scoop a day! 😂 And the beach is right downstairs.
Many ocean view rooms in other places offer a glimpse of the sea, but you still have to walk quite a bit to reach the beach. What's amazing about this experience is how incredibly close the beach and coastline are – just across a two-lane road and a pedestrian area.
There's a BBQ restaurant in the same building, so even on the top floor, you often catch a whiff of barbecue in the hallway. 😅

Guest UserVery near to the metro station, and just 1 stop away from Busan Station. The area is also relatively quieter compared to the Busan Station district, which made the stay more comfortable.
The room was very clean, and it even had an automatic bidet toilet ,something that some 5-star hotels don’t even provide. 🤭Breakfast had a simple spread, but it was sufficient.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended

The place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain.
However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

Guest UserI recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Elephant in Busan, and overall, it was a memorable experience. Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

Super nice hostel with a great inferior design. The capsule was not too big to keep the luggage there but what to expect. The bathroom and shower was clean and hot water available. WiFi was working fast so you could work there. Location was close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the metro station. I highly recommend this hostel.

Moon DIf you're planning a trip to Busan, Billy Hotel in Bosu-dong is the perfect choice for your stay. Whether you're on a long trip or traveling with a group, this place will definitely exceed your expectations.
The standout feature is the in-room amenities, including a private washing machine and a large refrigerator, making you feel right at home. This is incredibly convenient for travelers.
Additionally, for groups, the hotel offers a special service: a 15-seater minibus with a professional driver, which eliminates any worries about traffic and parking in Busan. The impeccable cleanliness and warm hospitality made this stay memorable. With its modern design and great value for money, I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I visit Busan!

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children.
There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
