Excellent location, very convenient for dining and getting around. The hotel front desk staff were very enthusiastic and accommodating to all our needs. The room was clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. There's also a small park next to the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Overall, it's pretty good and worth recommending.

I frequently stay at this serviced apartment in Shanghai, and I'd like to share my genuine experience. Overall, everything consistently exceeds my expectations, which is the main reason I keep coming back. The location is fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding area has a complete range of shopping centers, convenience stores, and restaurants, making daily commutes and shopping trips completely hassle-free. The apartment layouts are well-designed with spacious and airy rooms. All home amenities are provided, and the shower, kitchen stove, and storage cabinets are well-maintained, fully meeting daily cooking and living needs – truly like being at home. What deserves the most praise is the entire property service team. The front desk staff are warm and polite, responding quickly to daily inquiries and parcel registrations, and communicating patiently and meticulously. The engineering and maintenance technicians are professional and reliable. Previously, I've had issues like power trips, sliding door jams, and drain blockages in my room. After reporting them, repairs were arranged promptly. The technicians would arrive on time, thoroughly inspect and resolve the problems, and then provide detailed updates upon completion. The housekeeping service is meticulous and thorough, tidying and ironing clothes as needed and cleaning the rooms with great attention to detail, fully respecting guest privacy and ensuring a safe living environment. During my recent stay, I fractured my right ankle and was recuperating. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, flexibly accommodating maintenance times, ensuring smooth communication throughout, and efficiently resolving all sorts of issues. Public areas are clean and tidy. Hallways are cleaned daily at scheduled times, security is strict, and entry/exit management is well-regulated, providing a strong sense of security. Whether for a short business trip or long-term residence, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely continue to renew my lease and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and comprehensive service.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Xintiandi, and offers expansive views from the higher floors. The room's kitchen is fully equipped, though I didn't have the energy to use it. The made-to-order items at breakfast were delicious, while the buffet section was just standard. A big thank you to Molly at the front desk for helping to change our king-size bed to twin beds and quickly arranging a room so my colleague and I could rest earlier.

The transportation is quite convenient; the subway station is right outside. On rainy days, you can even use the connecting corridor to Hong Kong Plaza, allowing you to walk underground and avoid the rain. There's also a lounge where you can grab a coffee, and in warmer weather, you can swim, though you need to bring your own swim cap. The tennis court is free! The front desk lady, Iris, provided very attentive and thorough service. She's really approachable and gentle with children. Thumbs up! 👍

This is a serviced apartment with a fantastic location. It's right across the street from Xintiandi and the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, perfect for those who love to shop. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, always ready to help. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was very spacious and included a kitchen and living room. It was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, sterilizer, and washing machine (though I didn't get to use them all). The 2-meter king-size bed had a mattress that was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the high-floor street view was also excellent. On the downside, the bathroom facilities were a bit dated, with a non-smart toilet and a seat without soft-close hinges. The sink also drained slowly. Plus, there were some oversights in the cleaning; I actually found a T-shirt left by a previous guest on the back of a chair! I only stayed for one day, so I didn't get to experience the other hotel amenities. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel!

Traveling with a child for a visa appointment, the location was incredibly convenient, right off the bustling Huaihai Road. We stayed on a high floor, which was very quiet, and we had a great night's sleep. The facilities are a bit older, but they're well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven and microwave.
