The environment was absolutely fantastic, and the room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view was also great.

When I was choosing a hotel, I really wanted a large 1.8-meter bed and a sea view. This hotel perfectly fit the bill. The room was spacious with L-shaped windows offering great sea views. Upon check-in, they provided a box of delicious small pastries. They also provided two capsule coffees daily, one caffeinated and one decaffeinated. On the fourth floor, there's a Starbucks and a convenience store, which is very handy. The infinity pool on the sixth floor, though not large, offers an amazing view. There aren't many hotels that have direct access to the beach and trees right outside, only this one and the one next door. The hotel is very close to Haeundae Beach, within walking distance. You can also walk along the coastline to the APEC House Park. The room cleaning was impeccable every day, and it was quiet at night. The only downside is that the room doors can be a bit noisy, especially when neighboring rooms open their doors at night. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Busan.

The room was nice, with a very palatial design overall. The staff felt a bit distant. The room wasn't as big as I expected, but it had everything I needed. The pool and gym get full marks!

The suite is spacious with a corner view of the sea. There are two bathrooms; the outer one had an odor. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary chips and water. The front desk didn't offer Chinese-speaking staff, but someone always opened car doors for us, and luggage storage was available. Check-in was at 3:30 PM. It's very close to the beach, which my kids loved. There's a supermarket and Starbucks reachable by escalator from the hotel, and a bakery on the ground floor with cakes and bread – though I wouldn't recommend the cakes. You can skip the hotel breakfast. The hotel's location is great, but because I was in a corner suite, it was a bit noisy. The motorcycle sounds were particularly jarring, so light sleepers should be aware. Everything else was good.

Highly recommend! The hotel is right next to the beach, just turn right when you exit. You can even see kids digging in the sand from your room window. The front desk on the 1st floor offers free rental of sand-digging tools. Just return them when you're done, give your room number, and no deposit is needed! It's about a 15-minute walk to X The Sky and the capsule monorail. Across the street is Haeundae Street, which is great for shopping with tons of stores. Walking to the subway station is a bit of a distance; you have to cross this street and walk to the end, but it's only about 15 minutes. P.S. The only downside to the hotel is that the bathtub and shower are combined, which many people probably don't like (showering in a tub).

This is a five-star hotel, and the service is definitely on par with that standard. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or other facilities this time due to time constraints, and I also didn't have breakfast at the hotel. However, based on its excellent location and service level, it's definitely a great choice!
