The location is fantastic, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The new building has a stylish design, and I particularly loved the three-way separation of the washroom, toilet, and shower room. The guest room itself was quite spacious. I was thrilled to be assigned a high-floor room on the 23rd floor. There's a fantastic Wa So Cafe on the street corner, which I highly recommend for breakfast – super convenient every morning. It's just a 5-minute walk to the A11 airport bus stop, which is incredibly handy. The tram stop (Ding Ding) is about a 3-minute walk away, and you can reach Hysan Place and Times Square within roughly 500 meters on foot. The Exhibition Centre MTR station is about a 7-8 minute walk, mostly via pedestrian bridges, so you don't get too hot. Plus, you'll pass by Yoshinoya, 7-Eleven, and other convenient stores and eateries along the way. The only minor point I'd like to raise is regarding the two reception staff. They generally lacked courtesy, never greeting me when I entered or exited, almost as if they didn't see me. This is an area for improvement, especially concerning their service awareness.

Great location, well-designed rooms. I recommend the corner rooms for their spaciousness and cleanliness. It's the best choice for a trip to Hong Kong, with plenty of dining and shopping options right outside. The front desk and housekeeping staff communicate smoothly in Mandarin and English, and service requests are handled quickly.

The hotel is a 5 to 7-minute walk from the subway station. The service was excellent, and while the room wasn't huge, it was immaculately clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, a big plus! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's such a convenient hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Causeway Bay. You can walk to the MTR and the tram, and Times Square next door is great for shopping. Plus, there are countless dining options nearby! The hotel facilities are quite new, the environment is very clean, and the layout is modern. It's perfect for business travelers!
