"We stayed at the hotel for seven days, and despite a few minor issues—no water in the toilet, a clogged sink, etc.—which were usually resolved within an hour, we had an excellent stay with very attentive staff. The breakfasts are great, however, the chef isn't up to par. We ate there the first evening, and it wasn't very good and was expensive, as were the cocktails. There are plenty of small restaurants on the road to the right as you leave the hotel. I recommend Beau Rivage and Savadee; both are excellent. Avoid John Thong. A special mention goes to the Guest Manager who offered us a one-hour massage at the hotel spa, which was wonderful, to make up for the minor problems we experienced."

"I think the resort itself is great. Aesthetic, great amenities but it is definitely an older resort. I really like the breakfast option they had. The Mai Pub restaurant they had for lunch was great, the food tasted great. I also like the fact that you have beach access and you can watch the sunset from your hotel. However, the rooms were not great. Even tho they are a good size room. The room smelled so bad like an old, dusty, musty, maybe mold smell. I get allergies with strong smells so that was not ideal. We had so switched rooms but it was the same smell. I think the rooms are just old and not properly taken care of. The bed was not the most comfortable to sleep in, so if you are tired and want to have amazing sleep this is not it. We got a regular deluxe room(king). Also, this resort is not close to the main things so if you are planning to do this as your hub you are going to need a scooter or car. We had a scooter so it was easy for us to get around but do not recommend if you don’t have transportation. If you just want to be in the resort then this is perfect. The pool is also huge, it looked good. We didn’t have time to enjoy it because we were always out during the day but it look nice. The staff are the restaurant were extremely nice and helpful, always with a big smile and friendly attitude."

"We stayed here for a total of 9 nights with my parents-in-law. We had the same experience with the noise isolation. You can clearly hear other guests even they are inside their room and so people who are walking outside and so your own noises will be heard with others. Like, we even talked whispering especially after midnight or early in the morning like 5. Our shower doesn’t work well, the flow of the water is inconsistent and slow and the worst part is the water heater doesn’t work so it was an agony for us to take a shower every time. Staff are friendly though. But the exterior is truly beautiful. The location is nice since its close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, 7/11, and mini bigC."

"We rested in The Humble Villas and remained in full delight! The villas are clean and very comfortable. Your own pool is a real pleasure, you can rest at any time. The atmosphere is calm and isolated, but there is everything you need next to. I would like to mark the bombshell from the villa with a stunning panorama, and for breakfast in the cafe you enjoy the sea and palm trees. A real paradise for the soul! The beach near the hotel is not quite for swimming, but it has not prevented us at all. During the tide you can quietly swim, and if you want to spoon, it is enough to sail a little further behind the stone line there opens a rich underwater world. However, the depth is increasing at once, so it is necessary to swim confidently. In the pedestrian accessibility 7-Eleven and shops where you can buy everything you need. Before the pier Nathan near there are massage salons, cafes, and evening market with delicious food. There are many cosy restaurants and cafes next to the embankment. Everything is in step-by-step access, so you can try new places every day. For convenience it is better to take a scooter for rent on Samui without it is heavy, and so it is easy to ride on beaches and explore the island. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. We felt very comfortable as at home. The result boldly recommend this place to those who want a combination of comfort, convenience and a real atmosphere of Samui. If you hesitate to choose don't think about it, choose this hotel! We will definitely come back here again!"

"An overall good stay, but not so comfortable in the small things. The beach is nice, as is the garden, the turtles and the dogs :) The room is a bit dark in the evening, everything feels a bit worn, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged."

"Actually, I was really impressed with many things, such as the excellent services from all the staff, the peaceful and private atmosphere, and the beautiful accommodations. The view from my room (Executive Suite Oceanfront) was stunning both in the morning and evening. It made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and that I made the right choice over a major 5-star hotel. Even though there was no TV or other entertainments, I was able to fully immerse myself in the accommodations and atmosphere. Then, the last night here, I discovered a cockroach in the bathroom at night (around 10 PM). At that time, there were no staff were available to help me (there’s no in room telephone for any emergency call). So I had to remove the cockroach out of my room myself. When I notified the staff via Line, all I received was an apology and a thank you for letting me know. When I woke up in the morning, everyone acted as if nothing had happened (there were actually lizards, but that was acceptable and understandable for me). I didn't expect any major responsibility, but compared to hotels with rooms as expensive as 5-stars, I think cockroaches in the rooms are absolutely unacceptable. I think the hotel should handle customer feelings better. The hotel manager or management should be aware of this and have a better approach to handling customer feelings."

"I was so hesitant to book the beach front villa because sometimes it is not what they seem on the internet. It was such a regret, but asked their front desk if they can upgrade my room even just for few nights, luckily they had one available for two nights. They upgraded my room, of course with additional pay. Then I moved back to the tree house which is even bigger than the villa but a bit far from the beach. Their hotel staff were very accommodating, couldn't complain. Though, if you aren't used to chickens waking you up in the morning, the tree house won't be your best pick because below it is their mini zoo and garden. But if you're up to it, it's a really amazing experience. Their restaurant, bar, and cafe are all amazing, food, drink, price, and specially staff. They were all welcoming! The location is a bit far from the town and other establishments. Though, you can borrow one of their bikes to cycle around. All in all, it was a great time staying at this hotel. You'll really get your money's worth."

"Le Code hotel is a superb place to stay, whether you're a couple, solo, or with family. The service is top-notch and very responsive thanks to their WhatsApp communication. The hotel is a bit out of the way from the rest of Samui, so a scooter is essential if you want to explore the island. The beach is a 15-minute walk downhill, but thankfully, a free shuttle is available. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Kapunkraaap"
