An absolutely terrible hotel. The only thing I liked was the staff, who try their best to do everything in their power. The staff is very attentive and responds quickly to all requests, the location is convenient, but that's where the positives end. This is the first time in Hong Kong that I've seen a hotel that doesn't provide slippers and toothbrushes, and what was simply unthinkable for me - there is no drinking water in the rooms!!! The hotel cites a government law to reduce plastic, but they sell toothbrushes and water in the hotel lobby made of plastic. It's just a circus😂 If caring for the environment is so important to you, put glass water or a carafe in the rooms. The room was cold, the floor was icy, and there were no slippers. The blankets were very thin, they felt like sheets, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The towels were tattered. All the equipment in the room is very old and requires not just replacement, but a major overhaul!! Everything is so old and worn out that it looks dirty and unpleasant. I've stayed in many hotels of varying levels in Hong Kong, but this was simply awful. I definitely don't recommend it. For this price, there are better hotels in great locations with excellent room amenities.
