The location is right next to Exhibition Centre Station, and having a 7-Eleven downstairs makes it very convenient. Getting to Causeway Bay takes about 5 minutes by taxi. The check-in process was also quick. The bathtub fills up fast when taking a bath, but the only issue was the cleanliness of the tub, as there were some short, unidentified hairs.

Came to Hong Kong for shopping and the fireworks. The hotel has a great location with fantastic views of Victoria Harbour. The service was warm and attentive. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

The room was great, with a large desk perfect for using a laptop. There was a partial view of Victoria Harbour from the window. The customer service was exceptionally warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel is conveniently located and has a very pleasant environment. While there aren't many dining options nearby, the hotel's own restaurants are excellent, and you can even get takeout to enjoy in your room.

After a poor service experience on the 30th at the Novotel Century Hong Kong in Wan Chai, the conference organizers rebooked me into a Grand Hyatt suite. I had hoped for an improvement in service attitude, but here's what I found: Firstly, if you want to spend over RMB 10,000 to experience Chinese people discriminating against other Chinese people, please book an Executive Room at this hotel. Secondly, if you want to know what it feels like to be treated as invisible on the Executive Floor, please book an Executive Room at this hotel. Thirdly, if you want to know what it feels like when rooms with good views are only allocated to non-Chinese guests, please book an Executive Room at this hotel. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, for providing me with an unforgettable memory that will last a lifetime. I have also emailed this stay experience to Hyatt's official feedback channel. (For those attending conferences or business events, you might consider the hotel next door, the Grand Hyatt Wan Chai. The facilities might be a little dated, but the service is impeccable and gives you a warm, home-like feeling.) This is my experience after promptly checking out and moving to another hotel.

The service awareness here is excellent; every staff member I encountered would nod and smile. The turndown service attendant proactively replenished my coffee capsules and tea bags multiple times. The room size is standard for a luxury hotel in Hong Kong. The most notable design highlight in the room is undoubtedly the transparent space between the bathtub and the bedroom, which makes excellent use of the already limited space.

Honestly, it's a lot worse than before. The staff seemed to be completely spaced out; check-in took an incredibly long time. Breakfast is still as good as ever, but then again, it's incredibly expensive.

Our stay was very satisfying! Check-in was handled smoothly by Xiao Zhou and Yuko. During our stay, Xiao Tan and Selin provided attentive and thoughtful service. At check-out, they even proactively asked if we needed anything. We had a great experience throughout; the service was exceptional. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
