The Silveri Hotel Hong Kong – MGallery Collection(Accor Group)

Good service and relatively clean. Not sure if it's because it's close to the mall and restaurants, but there was a cooking smell in the hallway. The swimming pool is outdoors, which is great for sunbathing right after a swim.

Not a smooth stay! The staff were very friendly, but the hotel had quite a few issues: 1. Hard to find location: I was carrying a large suitcase and walked around the mall twice, asked two people, and only then found the entrance in an inconspicuous corner... but once you're familiar with the location, it's quite convenient for shopping... 2. Room smell: The first room I checked into had a strong, damp, musty smell. I later asked the staff to change rooms. 3. Room air conditioning: This is the first time I've seen a room where changing the temperature made no difference. At night, it was a choice between freezing to death or boiling to death. I'm quite sensitive to cold, and despite setting it to 24 degrees many times, the indoor temperature always stayed at 21. A bit speechless.

The hotel is located inside a shopping mall, so it was a little tricky to find at first. However, dining options are very convenient, and it's quite close to HK Disneyland. The room is a bit on the small side, but it was kept very clean. Both a swimming pool and a gym are available.

Good hotel with a wonderful view from the Pavilion observation deck. There's a supermarket on the basement level. The pool, gym, and breakfast are all up to par.

Only a 3-minute walk from Tung Chung Station, and it's in the same building as Citygate Outlets. It's very convenient for going to Disneyland, and taking a bus or taxi to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port is also very close. It's a hotel with excellent service.

It's about a 20-minute subway ride, two stops away from Hong Kong Disneyland, and also quite close to the airport. Apparently, they even offer a shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Dining and shopping are very convenient, the hotel facilities are quite good, and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel is located right above Citygate Outlets. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded me to a sea view room, from which I could see the airport and the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. It's also super convenient to go shopping and dining from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Excellent location, convenient for travel. Comfortable rooms, suitable for all ages, and great for group trips. Close to Ngong Ping 360, HK outlet, and the MTR station, all within a 3-minute walk.

I've stayed at several different hotels around Hong Kong Airport, and Silver is definitely one of the top contenders overall. First off, it's right above Citygate Outlets, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient, including walking distance to Ngong Ping 360. Secondly, the staff's service is warm and highly professional, which is something I'm very particular about. Lastly, the room size is quite generous for Hong Kong standards, and there's a small-ish sofa bed that works perfectly for an emergency overnight stay. Initially, I thought the lack of an airport shuttle would be inconvenient, but once you discover the S1 bus, it becomes incredibly reliable and easy. A special note: the S1 bus's arrival and departure points at Tung Chung Terminus are not in the same location.
