The Grand Hyatt offers excellent service and a beautiful environment. It's super convenient with direct access to a mall for dining and shopping. In the evenings, you can take a leisurely stroll along the scenic promenade, which is perfect for a relaxing trip. Nearby, Fung Shing Restaurant serves fantastic dim sum, packed with locals. There's also the famous Duck Shing Ho egg roll bakery next door, but they were sold out when I passed by – definitely want to try them next time! I'll choose this hotel again when I return to Hong Kong!

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is super close to the subway, just a short walk away. The staff at the entrance were incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in, guiding me and offering reminders. The front desk staff were also great. A butler even showed me around the room and explained all the facilities, which was a very nice touch. Plus, the hotel offers a complimentary tasting of five local snacks, which is a fantastic way to experience the local culture. The swimming pool and gym are pretty good too. The bar on the 23rd floor is definitely a highlight; the atmosphere is excellent, perfect for a chill evening drink with friends, and it has some really impressive sound system.

The sea-view room offers fantastic scenery, and the breakfast definitely lives up to the five-star hotel rating. The only minor drawback is that bottled water isn't provided in the room; you have to refill your own bottle to take it out each day. However, this is a small detail that doesn't overshadow the overall excellent experience. All in all, it's a very good hotel. Oh, and taking the kids to the infinity pool on the 23rd floor at night felt like entering a mythical spider's cave, haha ᖰ⌯'▾'⌯ᖳ

The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered Chinese-speaking service. They helped us with taxis and luggage. The infinity pool on the top floor was fantastic. We'll definitely book this hotel again next time we visit.

For this trip, I decided to bypass the usual Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay and stayed in North Point, in the Eastern District instead. The hotel is divided into two sections, East and West. If possible, try to choose a room in the same section as the pool for easier access between floors. There are plenty of dining options nearby, but shops tend to close earlier than in the bustling downtown areas, so nightlife is relatively limited. Right downstairs, you'll find the waterfront, and the promenade here is incredibly pleasant to walk along – I actually think it's better than Tsim Sha Tsui's. They even sent up a small cake for my child's birthday, which was a lovely touch, although I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get a complimentary upgrade. The pool is fantastic, with long opening hours and great views. It would be perfect if it were a little bigger, but overall, it's a highly recommendable hotel.

Visited Hong Kong during the Dragon Boat Festival and chose this hotel in North Point. Although it was a bit pricey and the rooms weren't huge, what really appealed to us was being able to book a family connecting room with one king bed and two single beds, which was perfect for a family of four. Getting there was easy; we took the A22 bus from Hong Kong International Airport's bus terminal, and it only took about 30 minutes to get to the Piano Street stop near the hotel. Katie at the front desk was quite enthusiastic, providing us with a hotel map and coupons for nearby eateries. Indeed, getting around and finding food in the area was very convenient. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the wonton noodles and salmon were particularly delicious. On our last day, after check-out, the staff noticed a bottle of beer left in the fridge and even sent an email asking if we wanted to retrieve it. This thoughtful service truly deserves praise. My only minor suggestion would be regarding the laundry service. Could the cost for children's clothes be a bit lower? Paying HKD 120 for just two small items felt a bit steep.

The surrounding area is great, with a mall, convenience stores, and local eateries downstairs. 4. The room offers a fantastic view; I recommend enjoying the night view from your room before 9 PM.

Although the hotel is a bit far from Hong Kong Island's city center, it's conveniently located near North Point MTR station, and there are several shopping malls downstairs. The high-floor sea view rooms offer a fantastic unobstructed view. However, the bathtub is a bit small; they might consider installing a larger one during renovation.
