The hotel has a great location with an open view of the sea. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the check-in process at the front desk was quite slow and definitely needs improvement. The facilities are very new, the bedding is great, the AC is strong for a very comfortable sleep, and overall the experience was fantastic!

She was warm, patient, and highly efficient during check-in, and she thoughtfully recommended local food and transportation options. This North Point hotel is quite good. It's close to the MTR station, the sea-view room is lovely, and the rooftop pool offers great views as well. It is a bit small, but that's just how hotels in Hong Kong are. The young lady at the front desk had a pretty good attitude, and at check-out, an older staff member—who seemed to be a supervisor—was very welcoming.

I definitely have to give this a good review. When I booked, I saw some comments and was really worried it would be terrible, but it wasn't at all. It's clean and hygienic, and you can even see the sea. I'll definitely come again.

This time, Cherie at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby at North Point Aura and in the residential areas. This is my third stay here; it's my top choice for business trips.

The room directly faced Victoria Harbour, and the soundproofing was excellent. You couldn't hear any car noise from the overhead highway at night. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Chinese restaurant's dinner was also quite good. Worth another visit.
