The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of North Point, just a few minutes' walk from North Point MTR station, which was incredibly convenient. Stay for a week. Love this super clean hotel with a fantastic panoramic Harbour view. Feel like home comfortable pillow and bed. All staff including the reception, breakfast, lounge and cleaning staff are extremely kind with warm heart. Excellent staff training. Breakfast is great. Tried the 23/F rooftop bar n restaurant for 3 times. Stay in 22nd floor and find out 2 Mac computer with printer situated in the lounge on the same floor. Super convenient. Will definitely come back for business or travel trip. One minor thing is the the curtain control button is located near the window and it would be more convenient if it’s just next to the bedside.

The location is super convenient, and the room was clean with no issues. It's really easy to get around with a promenade, pier, and subway nearby. There's also the Harbour North complex and North Point Municipal Market, which are great for food and reasonably priced. The sea view is fantastic, although there was a slight smell from the ocean, but you couldn't smell it inside the room. The staff, uncharacteristically for Hong Kong, were genuinely warm and proactive, even speaking Chinese with enthusiasm. Definitely recommended. Oh, and one more thing: I've traveled to many places, including English, Japanese, and other language-speaking countries, but only here on Chinese soil (Hong Kong) do I feel discriminated against for speaking Chinese, which doesn't even happen in Europe... Hong Kong is a truly strange place, and the worst offender is Hong Kong Airport... It's both laughable and frustrating.
