1. The stunning sea view really opened up the whole room. 2. The electric blinds were excellent at blocking out light, so I slept very soundly. 3. The bedding was very comfortable, especially the mattress. 4. All the staff were friendly and approachable, from the lobby on the second floor to the luggage storage on the first floor. Everyone was smiling and provided excellent service! 5. The room had a Bluetooth speaker and an instant hot water dispenser. I have a few minor suggestions: 1. The shower pressure was very strong, almost aggressively so. 2. The hairdryer was a bit old-fashioned; it could be replaced with a better brand.

My sister stayed at this hotel three years ago, and now I'm here with her! The room is very comfortable, and the sea view room offers a wide vista. The bathroom has disposable toothbrushes and toiletries. The hotel staff are friendly and thoughtful. Sophia at the front desk kindly provided a North Point tourist map, which included attractions and food recommendations. With the coupons, we could redeem free food at designated merchants – a novel North Point experience that my sister didn't get to enjoy during her previous stay. On the morning of our check-out, we went swimming, but initially couldn't find the pool because we went in the wrong direction. We asked a cleaning auntie on the 16th floor, who very enthusiastically helped us, and we then realized the pool was in the East Wing across the way.🤣 While passing through the lobby, we noticed two different elevators going in different directions. James Yun helped us by guiding us to our destination. We ended up having a wonderful time swimming and playing in the pool. When we returned from swimming, we found out the pool had been temporarily closed due to a thunderstorm warning. We were so lucky! If we had gone a little later, we wouldn't have been able to swim! It was a very enjoyable trip, and I'll definitely choose the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong again for my next stay.

The hotel was clean, the views were beautiful, and the bedding was comfortable. The location is also excellent, with a shopping mall and MTR station downstairs, and plenty of convenience stores and local eateries nearby. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Hong Kong, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I booked a standard room, and it still offered a sea view. During the day, there was plenty of natural light, so I didn't even need to turn on the lights. The hot water in the bathroom came on very quickly, but the shower pressure was quite weak. Even though the showerhead had multiple spray settings, the water flow was still not very strong, which meant it took me longer to wash my long hair. Across the road, there's a shopping mall with a supermarket and various restaurants to choose from. The MTR station is also just a two-minute walk away, making transportation very convenient.

Although the room was small and the facilities weren't new, the Victoria Harbour view was absolutely stunning, and the rooftop pool was great. The best part, though, was its incredibly close proximity to North Point MTR Station Exit A1, making it super convenient to get anywhere.

The room was not disinfected at all, and I was bitten all over. The hotel is not responding directly, and Trip.com has not actively assisted me in asserting my rights. The hotel is demanding that I go to a hospital for treatment and provide relevant documentation before they will discuss a compensation plan. I've already informed them that I haven't gone yet and asked them to tell me what compensation they're offering, so I can decide whether to go or not. However, Trip.com has been completely siding with the hotel, telling me what to do. They even said they couldn't inspect the room until the current guests checked out. What good is a room inspection anyway? Will it change the fact that I was bitten all over? Besides, any inspection would be a one-sided assessment by the hotel. What if they claim there's no problem? How will Trip.com handle this? Where is the protection for guests' rights?

The hotel's location is excellent, with sufficient facilities and a wide variety of dining options. The front desk service was extremely professional. All the staff at the 23rd-floor Cruise restaurant deserve special praise; they patiently explained each dish. The restaurant offers expansive sea views. I would definitely visit again if I have the chance.

My second stay here, and it was just as good as the first. The staff are friendly, the room is well-equipped, and the location is convenient. The sea view is beautiful, and I felt very comfortable staying by myself.

Located right opposite Exit A1 of North Point MTR station, with shopping malls like North Point Plaza and 7-Eleven nearby, the amenities are very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
