WESTGATE Hotel

A gem in the heart of Ximending, the hotel is cosy, clean, and modern, with the friendliest staff who make every guest feel truly welcome. Slept so comfortably here, and I’ll definitely stay again on my next Taipei visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Westgate hotel!! The room was spacious, had a great view!! A 2 minutes walk to Ximen station on the blue line and right next to the pedestrian walking street! There were street performers almost every night, cool shops and restaurants right outside your door. The staff were so warm and welcoming!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!

i love this hotel, staff very friendly, helpful and very accomodating they also speak english and i like that they have laundry and gym and the room very spacious and clean their toilet is smart toilet, also perfect location in ximending

Strategic location and Convenient to stores and XiMenDing vibrant night market famous for snack, food and drinks. The hotel staff are friendly too to assist us. Nice environment and will come back if we are in Taipei for the next trip

Location directly outside the train station. Went to do laundry at 1020pm. Was rang up and was told the laundry room will be close at 1030pm. Rest was disrupted via a phone call, staff could have used a nicer tone informing that the laundry room will be closed at 1030pm, should hang a sign outside to indicate. Weird fire exit blocking space in the room. Breakfast was good. Helpful guy arranging luggages for safe keeping. Will not come back again

Hotel has excellent location. The rainbow six is just around the corner. Customer services at top notch and I felt genuinely welcomed. The front desk helped us arranged a MPV transfer to airport in less than an hour on the last day which saved a lot of our time. There is nothing to complain and I will definitely stay again at Westgate.

Room size was just nice for our family of 4.. Ximending night market was just 5 minutes away from the hotel.

My repeated stay in this hotel. Love the proxity to Ximen Metro which made commuting very convenient. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped for your travelling needs. There is a small gym if you wish to keep your fitness routine while travelling. A washer and dryer are available for use (washer chargeable at NT$50, while dryer is NT$10 per 10mins). I also enjoyed the breakfast which offers quite a reasonable variety of local dishes and drinks. Last but not least, staff are extremely friendly and hospitable which made staying here a joy.
