It is a very convenient hotel in the city center of Taipei. The staffs here are hospitality and give us a big surprise of celebrating my family moment without notice while back in one night . Thanks a lot

Location is amazing if you want to roam around ximending. Getting food and drinks is not an issue here. Close to train station which can easily get you anywhere along the red line. Clean room but sound proofing is bad, my room is located just outside the service lift. I can hear trolleys entering and exiting, people talking along the common area can be heard

We really enjoyed our stays in Westgate Hotel. All the staffs were very friendly and courteous. They opened the door, pressed the lift call button and greeted you every time they saw you. Even the chamber maid will greet you every morning. The breakfast spreads were good and some of the displayed items were changed the next morning. They gave a slice of crepe cake for my birthday and help to book the dinner at Twelve Baskets restaurant for us. Location is just at the Ximen Exit 6 MRT station. Highly recommended to stay here!👍👍👍

Was really surprised for the birthday cake that Westgate Hotel provided and a birthday card signed by all the staffs really a well good surprise! Good location and good service rendered by the friendly staff really very happy

On the first night of our stay, I got at least 10 bug bites, which were incredibly itchy and left marks that are still visible. I had pretty high expectations for this hotel, but ended up a bit disappointed. When I reported it on the first day, the customer service just changed our sheets and asked if we needed ointment. On the second day, our room had a strong, unpleasant odor, I suspect it was a sewage smell. They only offered an air purifier, and after another night with the same issue, a different staff member finally helped us switch rooms. We only got a good night's sleep for the last two nights. I'm really quite disappointed with this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway just a 2-minute walk away, and the Ximending shopping district right downstairs. The hotel is very clean, and the service attitude is top-notch!

A gem in the heart of Ximending, the hotel is cosy, clean, and modern, with the friendliest staff who make every guest feel truly welcome. Slept so comfortably here, and I’ll definitely stay again on my next Taipei visit.
