Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can easily walk to the Bund from there! The service is fantastic, Judy was especially attentive! This is our second time booking with them. We also enjoyed a visit to the wax museum next door and had dinner at New Century 3rd Warehouse! It was a wonderful trip! We'll definitely be back next time! Love Shanghai!

The room was very clean, and the location was superb. We were given a room with a panoramic view of the Oriental Pearl Tower this time, and our child was absolutely thrilled.

I made a special trip to leave a review after my stay, and it was a perfect experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location and a warm, tranquil interior design. The rooms are well-laid out, and the cleanliness standards are strict. The bedding and bathroom amenities are of good quality. What truly impressed me most was the hotel's overall service quality. The staff are well-trained, proactive in anticipating guests' needs, respond efficiently, and are friendly and approachable. There's no mechanical, rote service; instead, every interaction feels genuinely warm. While good facilities are fundamental, the exceptional, personalized service is undoubtedly the hotel's biggest highlight. Consequently, I extended my stay by another night, and Lynn at the front desk thoughtfully accommodated my request. This is definitely a hotel I'll choose again.

This time, I stayed for 2 nights with my child while preparing for the high school entrance exam, and it was only a 2-minute walk from the test venue. Before check-in, Oliver thoughtfully inquired about our needs and provided excellent solutions: a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with a study, a late check-out, and even drink vouchers. The service was absolutely outstanding. It allowed us to experience the warm, five-star service amidst a stressful period. Additionally, the room had excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet, and the night view was beautiful. The cleaning staff were also very diligent and responsible. Many thanks!

The room was fantastic! We were given a deluxe suite on a high floor with an amazing view. The revolving restaurant on the top floor was also great, and the service was excellent. A truly wonderful stay!

Even though the decor felt a bit dated, the bed was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a decent night's sleep. Miss Riley provided excellent and thoughtful service.
