A fantastic hotel, I don't know why we haven't stayed here before. It's clean, has a convenient location, a great price, and a magnificent view.

I really need to complain about the male receptionist. He was completely unprofessional and quite arrogant! The room's cleanliness was poor; there were stains on the table. Boiling water, blow-drying hair, and charging my phone all had to be done at the bedside outlet because that was the only one in the entire room, which is very inconvenient. After showering, the bathroom floor was completely wet because the water didn't drain properly. This Hong Kong hotel is, at best, on par with a guesthouse or small inn on the mainland. It offers very low value for money, and I do not recommend staying here! I won't make the mistake of staying here again!

The hotel is conveniently located near Olympian City mall and a local market, with plenty of restaurants downstairs. Both Mong Kok and Olympic MTR stations are within easy reach. I paid extra to upgrade to a larger room for more comfort, and I could even catch a glimpse of the sea and Victoria Peak, which is quite a good value for money in a place like Hong Kong where every inch counts.

Everything was great, with one small exception: there was no toothpaste. Other than that, everything was super. The room was thoughtfully designed, right down to the blackout blinds that block 98% of the light. It was very quiet.

Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The room was comfortable, and the shower and toilet were separate. I particularly liked the very discreet storage space in the shower, which I thought was a great design. A simple breakfast is provided.

Our family stayed here. We arrived at the shopping center right next to the hotel by taking the A23 bus from the airport, which took about 45 minutes. We booked a sea-view room, so we enjoyed a great view, and the room was spacious and comfortable. In the morning, we took a walk to the beach, which was only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. For lunch, we had dim sum at the adjacent shopping mall. Tuen Mun Sam Shing Street, famous for its seafood, is also about a 5-minute taxi ride away, where you can savor delicious seafood dishes. This hotel is highly recommended for Japanese travelers.
