Atlantis Sanya

We had an unforgettable stay at Atlantis Sanya – so much so that we extended it by another two days; we simply couldn't leave. The massive water park, the aquarium, the atmosphere – everything was top-notch, and our child was absolutely thrilled. A special thank you to our butler, Daria – she was attentive, always available, and anticipated our needs before we even had a chance to ask. Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free. The gym is small, but has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

The butler service was excellent, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room. We had a very comfortable stay, and our child was so happy they kept asking to stay longer. If we get the chance, we'll definitely stay for a few more days next time to try out all the activities. Plus, it's super convenient for shopping downstairs, making it perfect for families with kids.

My daughter just graduated from junior high, so I brought her to Atlantis for a long-awaited vacation! We chose a sea view twin room. We arrived at 5 PM, and a lovely front desk attendant, Shishi (whose name is like the Sulang fish 🐟), assisted us throughout our stay. From check-in, she patiently explained every detail about dining, accommodations, activities, and how to use all the tickets. She also provided comprehensive and thoughtful service to ensure our comfort. We stayed for two nights, enjoying both dinner and breakfast, trying out both breakfast restaurants, and were very satisfied with everything. We experienced the Aquaventure Waterpark, the Aquarium, and the C Show, and everything went smoothly. My daughter had a great time and wasn't tired at all. A big thank you again to Shishi and the entire front desk staff, as well as the porters and the staff who helped us with our luggage at the entrance. You all worked hard, and we look forward to seeing you next time! 🥰

Amazing hotel! We booked a club room on the 43rd floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. 😍 The hotel has Russian-speaking staff; we had Ariel, who was an excellent helper and advisor throughout our entire stay. We are so grateful to her! ❤️ Ariel provided us with a schedule of all the activities at the hotel, including their locations, and advised us on what to prioritize and what to save for another day. 👍 The stay included tickets to the waterpark and aquarium (the beluga whale and mermaid show) for the entire duration of our visit, plus two tickets to the evening C-show, which we unfortunately missed. There's also a buffet lunch and dinner, which was more than enough. In the morning after breakfast, the kids checked out the play area and were amazed – it's Octonauts-themed and really cool. The grounds are beautiful, with great pools and a lovely beach. Our vacation was amazing, we're very thankful and will definitely be back.

A true haven for vacation and relaxation! You can experience Hainan's hospitality without even leaving the hotel. Our butler, Xiao Haishi, was incredibly attentive, reminding us daily about dining, activities, and shopping. Highly satisfied! 👍

This is my third trip to Sanya, and definitely the best hotel experience so far. Atlantis lives up to its reputation; the rooms are clean and hygienic. They offer a complete package of dining, entertainment, and activities – my kids didn't want to leave! Especially Finding Nemo and Atlantis Aquaventure, they had a blast. A special thanks to our hotel butler, Mr. Lan Jing, who daily provided detailed information about activities and gave us helpful tips for our outings. Also, I'd like to thank Ms. Wang Dongjin from housekeeping for keeping our room so clean every day and for replenishing our fruits and drinks promptly. Thanks a lot!

I had such a wonderful vacation! Bubble Fish, our butler, was incredibly thoughtful. Since it was my birthday, she wanted to make it special, so she upgraded our room. Every day, she'd send warm reminders and check in on us. Plus, unlimited access to the water park was a huge bonus – truly great value for money!

Excellent hotel! We booked a club room so we could have a personal guide accompany us around the hotel. Ariel was fantastic; she showed us everything, answered all our questions, and we communicated via Telegram. Club room guests also have access to the 48th floor for afternoon tea, which is actually a wonderful light meal with snacks and salads – you could honestly just live off it! In the evening, we skipped the snacks and went to the seafood restaurant. For just 500 RMB, it's unlimited seafood, and the cool part is you cook it yourself in small hot pots right at your table. Everything was delicious, and the seafood was super fresh. The room itself was gorgeous, with an incredible, breathtaking view. The bathtub was amazing, and they provided fantastic Dead Sea mineral cosmetics. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. The aquarium and water park are superb; the kids absolutely loved it! Though, for me, the water park was a bit too warm – the pool water was quite hot, and I was hoping to cool down a bit. Plenty of shops for shopping enthusiasts too. All in all, it's an excellent, comfortable, modern place, worthy of being a Sanya landmark itself.

We are truly grateful for the jellyfish attendant's three-day, two-night companionship, which made our stay at Atlantis even more memorable for our children. The royal treatment was incredibly high-end and luxurious. For kids relaxing after their middle school exams, this place is absolutely perfect! The environment is opulent, and the thoughtful service from front desk staff member Lan Xinxin made us feel very comfortable and satisfied. Thank you for handling our check-in and also considering some of our requests. We hope to see you again next time! The hygiene was clean and tidy, and Ms. Zhang Li was warm and proactive in cleaning our room promptly and diligently. Thank you for your dedication! The jellyfish attendant's full-process companionship was so crucial to our trip, making our holiday enjoyable and perfect. We'll definitely book you again next time! See you again, Atlantis.
