The hotel facilities are complete, and there are so many activities that you can't try them all. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The water park attractions are thrilling, and the aquarium has a large number of aquatic creatures. The reminder service from the 'little octopus' butler was very attentive and timely. It was an absolutely perfect experience!

Our family of six adults and two children stayed at Atlantis Sanya for two nights, and the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel facilities are excellent, with the Waterpark and Aquarium keeping the kids thoroughly entertained. It's really ideal for large family trips with children. We especially want to commend our butler, Butterflyfish 🦋, for her exceptional service. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, responding promptly to all our requests, big or small. Her meticulousness and patience truly enhanced our trip. Both the elderly and the children felt very comfortable here. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our stay and will definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a wide range of entertainment facilities, including a water park, aquarium, and various shows. The rooms are spacious and comfortable: the bedding, bathroom amenities, and supplies are excellent. We received welcome fruits, drinks, and plenty of bottled water! The housekeeping staff was attentive and provided excellent service! However, the in-room TV screen was quite small, which was a bit of a letdown. Outside our room, the hallway carpets had numerous stains, indicating poor cleanliness. The buffet breakfast restaurant's tables were clean, and the food selection was decent with acceptable taste. However, the floor, especially in carpeted areas, was not very clean. This might be due to the hotel's high occupancy, suggesting that maintenance and cleaning could be improved. The staff's etiquette and service could also be enhanced. Overall, the experience didn't quite meet the standards of an international 5-star hotel.

This is my third stay at the Yacht Club room. It includes club breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner at the 48th floor club. We didn't even need to leave the hotel for our entire three-day, two-night stay. The hotel has an aquarium, a water park, Dolphin Island, many swimming pools, C Show, and a seafood buffet hotpot (498 RMB, children under 150 cm are free on Saturdays). Every staff member at the hotel is very courteous, especially our Little Sea Lion butler, Luke. He was personally involved in everything, caring for each of us, recommending and guiding our itinerary, and promptly handling any issues that arose. He was truly on-call and provided first-class service. I definitely feel like I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

We stayed for four nights and barely left the hotel. The twin beds in the room were both 1.5-meter wide, which was particularly great for families with children. We could also request laundry detergent and hangers, making it super convenient to dry clothes. There was a variety of pillows to choose from. The Royal Club's dining pretty much covered all our food and drink needs throughout the day. If you're not looking for gourmet meals, you won't go hungry from morning till night: breakfast until 11 am, afternoon tea from around 2 pm to past 4 pm, and dinner from what felt like 7 pm to 9 pm – you could really just keep eating. For a richer Chinese breakfast, Saffron offers Roujiamo, and for better views, head to the Royal Club on the 48th floor. But I truly want to recommend the Crab House – it was absolutely delicious! The curry, salted egg yolk, and signature preparations were all incredibly tasty! The kids' meal was also great. If you have the budget, don't hesitate. For entertainment, we spent every day at Aquaventure Waterpark! When we got tired, it was very convenient to just head back to the hotel to rest. We visited the Aquarium daily; the shows were plentiful, and the mermaid performance even brought tears to my eyes, it was so beautiful. We never got tired of seeing all the marine life; we went to see 'Xiao Man' every day, it was so interesting! The dolphin show and C-show are both worth seeing. We were so busy playing that we didn't arrange for vacation photos. If they offered retouched photos, we might have been tempted, but with only original photos, we didn't want the hassle. The parking is free, and there's a shuttle bus to the lobby available at all times, which is very convenient. Our butler, the lovely Ms. Geng, was very thorough in her介绍. Thumbs up to her! This is our second time at Atlantis, and we still love it. Hope they continue to manage it well so we can visit again!

I chose Atlantis Sanya for my husband's birthday celebration, and the hotel's service truly exceeded my expectations. Besides the birthday decorations, complimentary cake, and small gifts, the hotel butler, Xiaoxueyu (小鳕鱼), was incredibly thoughtful. She anticipated my needs even before I did. On the morning of our departure, she still asked if there was anything else I needed, and offered to arrange a packed breakfast if I was leaving early. It was truly heartwarming. Aside from the excellent butler service, the restaurant staff within the hotel were also wonderful. For example, at Poseidon Bay Lobby Bar, I wanted a chocolate cake, but it was sold out. The staff member was very kind; she immediately asked the kitchen if they could make one on the spot, though it would take about 45 minutes. Since I had plans afterward, I didn't get it. However, her gesture made me feel very respected. The water park was also a lot of fun, and the facilities were well-maintained and still felt new and clean. At the very least, the restrooms in the park were clean. The aquarium and the dolphin meet-and-greet are definitely worth visiting. It's crazy how many facilities one hotel has. Atlantis Sanya has many restaurants. Honestly, there are options for every budget. For more affordable dining, you can go to the food court-like area. If not, the hotel even has a takeout spot for guests to order food. The hotel also has Tea Live and Ba Wang Cha Ji, which is very good. I tried the Saffron seafood buffet, and there was so much food! It was crazy to see a whole fish freshly steamed. The fresh seafood selection wasn't extensive in terms of variety, but there were many different types of shrimp, crabs, and shellfish. The cooked food options were also plentiful. There was seafood congee, many cooked seafood dishes, and I would be even happier if there were more dessert choices. I look forward to more new things and different experiences on my next visit.

This trip was for our wedding anniversary, so we booked a two-night stay at Atlantis in a 165 sq. meter luxury suite with a butler and multiple services. From the moment we landed at Sanya Airport until our check-in three days later (at another hotel), our butler, "Nurse Shark" Fanny, was already in touch, arranging all the experiences for our two days. She made us feel incredibly welcome, first by specifically reserving a luxury suite on the highest floor, the 50th, which was the only room with a bathtub directly facing the ocean. This was a huge surprise for my wife and me, and it became our temporary home for 48 hours. That evening, she arranged a romantic dinner for two at the underwater restaurant, along with flowers, room decorations, and a welcome card, which was very thoughtful. I also separately asked her to help me buy a flower basket and print a card I wrote for my wife. Later, she organized experiences like the C Show and a beluga whale interaction, as well as our luggage arrangements for departure. The hotel itself is fantastic, with many activities; below it are a shopping mall, aquarium, and water park. However, the biggest highlight was still "Nurse Shark" Fanny's exceptional personalized butler service, which made our wedding anniversary celebration truly outstanding. We will definitely be back and hope to have her service again.

Before going, I saw many complaints about outdated facilities, declining service, poor breakfast variety, and long queues! However, since this was an off-peak trip, the experience was actually quite good. My son ran up and down, and on the morning we left, he went to play again as soon as the doors opened! It felt like we had the place to ourselves for a while. Also, I arrived around 9 AM and checked in almost immediately without any delay. Regarding the hotel facilities, honestly, they were well-maintained. As for the breakfast, I personally found it just so-so, but they have three breakfast restaurants, which might mean the offerings are more spread out and specialized, unlike the more abundant and concentrated buffet at the Westin where I stayed later. Overall, I was satisfied with this stay! Especially when checking out, I mentioned to the butler that my child wanted the small dolphin toy!

We chose Atlantis for our child's birthday, booking a club room. Since we traveled during the off-peak season, our experience exceeded expectations. Our butler, Jin Longyu, provided excellent service, sending us daily WeChat messages about activities and fulfilling all our requests. For our child's birthday, they even asked in advance if we'd like the room decorated, which was a very thoughtful touch. Five-star rating! 👍 Regarding breakfast, I recommend going to the G-level. There are more choices and a richer variety of items. While the breakfast at the 48th-floor club focuses more on quality and live cooking, I personally still prefer the G-level breakfast. I suggest everyone try it out!
