The day of my check-in was the official opening day of the InterContinental Taipei Hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the Hong Kong receptionist was very attentive. The room was spacious with a great view, overlooking Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. Although the phone was occasionally unanswered due to the new opening, there were no unpleasant smells from the renovations in the guest rooms and lounge. They even thoughtfully provided some sleep aids every night! 👍 The hotel is right next to the Taipei Dome, close to Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and Eslite Bookstore, and a 15-minute walk to Uni-President Department Store.
