Service exceeded my expectations! A special thank you to Candice for her professionalism and warmth ❤️ My stay was made exceptionally memorable by a staff member, and I have to give a shout-out to Candice! From check-in, Candice displayed incredible professionalism. Not only was her smile welcoming, but she also meticulously asked about my room preferences and helped arrange a quiet room with a great view. I thought that was it, but the subsequent care was just the beginning of the pleasant surprises. During my stay, I asked about local tourist routes. Candice not only patiently answered my questions but also took out a map and marked down hidden foodie spots only known to locals, which was incredibly thoughtful. You could tell she genuinely loves her job and treats guests like friends. The hotel's facilities and cleanliness were, of course, up to standard, but Candice's service was definitely the highlight of this stay. If this hotel's service had a rating, Candice deserves a perfect score! I will choose to stay here again next time, and I hope the hotel management sees this review and gives such an outstanding employee a bonus! 🍗

The front desk communication was very poor, check-in wait times were long, and the shower had a strong, unpleasant odor.

Overall, the stay was excellent, very unique, and the atmosphere was fantastic – perfect for a couples' getaway. The view from above the pool was great, though it was super crowded, so we didn't go for a swim, haha.
