Four Points by Sheraton Hainan Sanya

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded our room to a higher floor. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and I especially loved the freshly made pork offal soup. The dinner buffet was also fantastic, with a live singer providing entertainment. There were many international guests staying at the hotel. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, and in the evenings, there's a live singer by the pool, which really sets a wonderful atmosphere. And the best part: it's incredibly close to the beach! Coconut Dream Corridor and the seaside are just across the street, literally a 3-minute walk away.

This hotel is located right across the street from the beautiful Sanya Coconut Dream Corridor scenic area! The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and shops, and it's easy to get in and out of the hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the hygiene and decor are quite good. The breakfast is also very extensive!

### Service: After staying two nights in a premium sea-view room, we were moved to a new room. They arranged for us to be on the 16th floor, which is the highest floor for deluxe rooms and centrally located. We simply waited in our original room for the concierge to bring the new key card and help with our luggage. Upon checking into the new room, Anna arranged a welcome fruit platter for our extended stay. On the day of the room change, since the new room wasn't ready, we couldn't check in immediately. However, they kindly allowed us to stay in our original room even past the 12 PM checkout time. ### Environment: The non-alcoholic cocktail Anna delivered when we first checked into the previous room type was enjoyed at the rooftop Sky Bar during this three-night stay. It was quite delicious, and the service was excellent. Although the weather wasn't the best that day, the sunset was still beautiful. The new room's location is great. Even with many activities and street performers (singing, playing instruments) in Haiyue Plaza in the mornings and evenings, closing the balcony door kept the noise out. The night view is visible from the room's balcony, and the sea looks stunning on a sunny day ☀️. ### Hygiene: Quite good. For a hotel that's been open for over a decade without renovation, maintaining this level of cleanliness is commendable. There were no unpleasant odors or backdrafts (though I disliked the smell of the air freshener sprayed upon check-in). Wallpaper corners, air conditioning vents, and walls couldn't withstand close inspection. However, the room was cleaned daily. ### Facilities: The water pressure in the shower on the 16th floor wasn't as good as in the previous room on the 8th floor (this is only a comparison between the rooms I stayed in). However, the bathroom drain was much faster, with no standing water. Half of the handheld showerhead wasn't working. The lights had zoned switches, and turning off the main switch before sleeping (leaving only the night light on) provided just the right brightness for easy sleep. The twin beds were spacious enough, allowing us to sleep without disturbing each other, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. Thanks to the weather, the south-facing balcony with a drying rack was convenient for daily laundry. ### Breakfast: We ate at the 2nd-floor restaurant for 5 days and found it lacked much novelty. We still have 3 more days of breakfast after changing rooms, and I'm not sure what to eat anymore. ### Ctrip Carpool Airport Pickup: From Dadonghai, not used. ### 0-12 Year Old Children's Full Meal: No children. ### Hotel to Phoenix Airport Drop-off Service: Not yet time to depart.

After booking, the Sheraton concierge contacted me in advance. Upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the concierge had already noted my special requests. The high-floor room they arranged indeed offered a great view. The room was spacious, very clean, and had no strange odors. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. In the evening, I could watch the sunset from the balcony. There was also a foldable drying rack, which was convenient for laundry. This time of year, it's still dark at 6 AM, so there were no noisy morning exercise groups across the street to disturb me. In the evening, their volume wasn't too bothersome. The hotel's location is convenient; Coconut Dream Corridor is right across the street, and there's a bus stop nearby. Several restaurants and supermarkets are also in the vicinity, and it's easy to get a ride-hailing service or taxi. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and was delicious. The hotel also provided pineapple buns, drinks, and other complimentary items during my stay.

The beachfront view is absolutely stunning, and the beach is clean and uncrowded. The pool is incredibly photogenic. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a super relaxing ocean-view balcony, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service is warm and attentive, the breakfast spread is rich and varied, and it's very family-friendly. It's my top choice for a vacation, and I'll definitely come back!

It's been really hot in Sanya these past few days, so we looked for a hotel with a sunset view. Unfortunately, when sunset arrived, it was blocked by clouds. Still, the hotel was quite good. The lobby is on the second floor, and some people got dropped off by taxi on the first floor. Currently, the hotel is undergoing renovations on different floors, but it didn't affect us since we were out during the day.

The environment is elegant and clean, the service is very thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast is abundant 🍳 Highly recommended! Facilities: Comprehensive and meets all needs. Hygiene: Very meticulous. Service: From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt right at home! The service was incredibly attentive.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great environment for rest. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, which really enhanced our overall stay.

Conveniently located for visiting the Nanhai Guanyin statue, this hotel is a great choice. You can also enjoy the night view of Coconut Dream Corridor, and it's super easy to go down and take photos. The beach and ocean are right across the street, making it perfect for a first stop to relax and recharge.
