Four Points by Sheraton Hainan Sanya Bay

The service was excellent! We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, and the butler service was super convenient – we could order kids' meals for our child every day. It's really ideal for families with young children. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of activities for kids. The kids' club was also clean and well-ventilated, and they offered lots of complimentary programs. It would be even better if the breakfast options were a bit more varied and delicious.

Dora provided warm and thoughtful service. The Starry Sky Bar on the 29th floor offers a beautiful view. The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Coconut Dream Corridor, making it easy to get to the night market or shopping malls. The concierge even kindly helped us with a late check-out.

Our housekeeper, Dora, provided excellent service. The hotel's location is fantastic, and my kids absolutely loved the playground and swimming pool. In the evenings, there's a coconut-themed snack night market and BBQ on the first floor. My children also really enjoyed the kids' meals. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming during check-in. They even offer a private car service to the airport, which is a wonderful and thoughtful touch!

Everything was great! You could tell all the staff genuinely wanted to do a good job. Breakfast, the pool, the bar, the front desk, and the concierge were all excellent. 👍

I booked a twin room with a sea view, and the view was absolutely fantastic! We had a child over 12, and they kindly arranged a complimentary breakfast for them. We missed our airport shuttle, but the butler specially arranged for the hotel's private car to take us to the airport.

5-day, 4-night experience. First, the location: The balcony faces the sea, and a 10-minute walk west along the beach takes you to Coconut Dream Corridor. Another 10-minute walk with navigation leads to Xianmang Night Market and the Second Seafood Market. It's super convenient to get everywhere. Next, the service: It's a very welcoming hotel. The family-friendly services, room service, duty-free shop shuttle, and airport drop-off service are all very thoughtful. The smiles and politeness of every staff member can truly put you at ease.

The night view of Sanya Bay is beautiful. The sea-view room arranged by Zara, our butler, was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are complete; although they can't quite keep up with the latest renovations of newer hotels, they are actively undergoing refurbishment. It's set to upgrade to a Sheraton by the end of the year. I'm looking forward to seeing its new look on my next stay.
