Four Points by Sheraton Hainan Sanya Bay

Newly renovated high-rise with amazing views. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for enjoying the sunset and evening glow over Sanya Bay—absolutely stunning!

Dora, our butler, provided thoughtful and attentive service. The front desk staff was also great and upgraded our room. The hotel's airport pickup service was excellent, and the location is superb, right in the city center. It's across from Coconut Dream Corridor, and our room faced the sea with beautiful views.

Dora, our housekeeper, was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation nearby. The room attendants also did a fantastic job keeping the rooms clean. Plus, there's a night market with snacks and BBQ on the first floor every evening, which was a great bonus.

There's also a night market with snacks at the hotel in the evenings, and it's super easy to explore the surrounding area. The night view is absolutely beautiful.

I stayed here back in 2017 and thought it was great then, with direct sea views and easy access to nearby restaurants. The hotel's pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the staff were constantly skimming leaves out of it. Lying by the pool was very relaxing, quiet and leisurely. This time, I booked a brand new room type, which was newly renovated and also very good overall. The night market snacks over the two days were also delicious. All the staff were lovely, and our butler, Dora, was really nice too. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for accommodation in Sanya Bay.

In the evenings, there's a night market with snacks on the first floor. The Sky Bar on the 29th floor is perfect for photos. Since it was the off-season, the pool was not crowded at all. The safety officer was constantly by the poolside, keeping an eye on us, and even proactively offered us clean towels.

The hotel's location right next to Coconut Dream Corridor is fantastic. Watching the sunset from the balcony was incredibly relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the service was great, and it offered a direct 180-degree ocean view with a broad vista.
