The environment was quite good, and they upgraded me to a spacious suite for free. The front desk service was excellent; they brought water to my room right away when I requested it. The pool was also very clean, and parking was free.

Excellent service, and they even upgraded our room for free. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's location is perfect, just across the road from Coconut Dream Corridor. We had a very pleasant stay and booked an extra night.

Motorcycle riders, beware of this hotel. They discriminate based on your vehicle; four-wheelers can park anywhere, but motorcycles are relegated to the garbage area, which stinks even before you get there. The security guard at the entrance was rude, telling us two-wheelers have to go to the back. When I reported this to the front desk, they just said, "That's where two-wheelers park." I was left walking around with my luggage. The experience was terrible.

The room was quite spacious and directly faced the ocean. The air conditioning was also very efficient, staying on 24/7, so it was always cool and refreshing when we returned from our outings. The in-room bathtub was a nice touch too. Our housekeeper, Dian Dian, provided excellent service and was quick to replenish anything we needed. Plus, the hotel's close proximity to the beach made swimming and other activities very convenient.

Visited during the off-season, so the price and environment were decent. It was quite clean, though the soundproofing wasn't great. It's very close to the airport. If you want to go to the beach for a swim or watch the sunset, you can scan a shared electric scooter outside and ride to Haiyue Plaza, or it's a short taxi ride. However, the water quality at Sanya Bay Beach is just so-so.

This is my second stay here, and it was excellent! The service has truly improved so much year after year. The ladies working here are not only attractive but also articulate. I particularly remember one evening when I accidentally left my room key inside, and the staff were very proactive and helpful.

Our stay was great! The sea view room exceeded our expectations, and we were very happy with all aspects of the room. The staff were friendly, and their service was warm and attentive. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely consider coming back here again.

This was a great value stay in the off-season of September. The room was super spacious, around 70 square meters, and very close to the sea. Dining options nearby were also convenient. I was initially worried the older hotel might be damp, but with both AC units running, it was perfectly dry and comfortable. The butler was also very attentive, and service response was incredibly fast!

Absolutely amazing!!! The front desk lady was super gentle and patient. The room was also very spacious and extremely clean, and the housekeeping was very thoughtful. You can see the sea right from the balcony, and it's just across the road to the beach. There's a bus stop right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly, highly recommend!
