Business trip. The room was great, just like the pictures. I recommend staying here; I'll definitely come back next time. The staff were very enthusiastic and even helped take photos. The hotel is also very new. Breakfast was rich and varied; I ate a lot. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

I had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Taipei. The location is unbeatable—right next to Taipei 101 and in the heart of the Xinyi district, making it so convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.
From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. My room was spacious, very clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view of Taipei 101. Housekeeping kept everything spotless during my stay.
Breakfast was another highlight—the buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, both Western and Asian, and everything was fresh. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool, which were well maintained.
Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Taipei for anyone visiting the city. It truly delivers a luxury experience with comfort, excellent service, and perfect location. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei.

Hotel is very clean and easy to locate. Even if not in very vibrant neighbourhood, Taipei101 is just beside it and multiple malls are very accessible!

Great location. Next to the Taipei 101. Took at least 3 minutes to have the use of hot water in the shower. Not acceptable for a five-star hotel.
