Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong

Even during the peak season of the National Day Golden Week, you can still feel the hotel's ability to handle large crowds. Room arrangements, service, and quality were all up to par. Overall, it was a good experience!

The newly renovated room was very comfortable. Although there was no bathtub, the shower stall was spacious.

The sea view from the room felt quite distant, I could only see a small corner, surrounded by the high-rise buildings nearby. The room size wasn't very big, and the bathroom was more like that of a business hotel. However, what's worth praising is the excellent sound system in the bathroom, and also the in-room water dispenser. The outdoor swimming pool was great, and I also tried out the spa. The therapist's skill level was superb, and the environment was pretty good, but 90 minutes for HKD 2600 (which could book another night's stay!) was quite expensive.

A truly satisfying two-night stay! The service here is excellent, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team – everyone was helpful, answering questions and offering suggestions with a wonderful attitude. What particularly stood out was the cleanliness of the room; it was tidied both morning and evening. The staff's words were also very warm and thoughtful, wishing us a comfortable stay and a fun time!

The hotel's breakfast is AMAZING, with a wide variety and excellent quality. They have fig-sized fruits and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. I would definitely come back to stay here just for the breakfast. The hotel's bathroom facilities are a bit old, but everything else is great.
