The hotel's decor is absolutely stunning, with a generous use of crystal elements that give it a very luxurious and design-forward feel. Located on the 101st floor, the panoramic view of the Bund is incredibly impressive, offering a breathtaking vista of the Huangpu River flowing into the sea. A special thanks to Ms. Evexiang from the concierge for her warm hospitality; she truly made us feel at home. Manager Mina was also very meticulous and handled issues with great ease. I highly recommend everyone support local brands.

Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, making travel very easy. The facilities are complete, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Raine, our butler, was warm and polite, and responded promptly to all our requests. The environment is quiet, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

The hotel's overall decor and ambiance are quite grand. Its location and service are also excellent, and the hotel is very secure with 24-hour security guards on duty at night. The facilities are plentiful, with a spa, pool, and gym on the tenth floor, meeting everyday needs. Johnson was particularly proactive and helpful.

I really loved the service here. It wasn't the overly polite or fawning kind. My butler, Raine, was very gentle and treated us naturally. She even offered to help us with our many bags, and when we left, she walked us all the way to the lobby entrance and helped us into our car. Winnie from the hotel also provided very delicate and thoughtful service. It's an excellent butler team overall. The hotel isn't ostentatiously luxurious, but it's very comfortable to stay in. The experience was relaxing for both body and mind. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

The location is excellent, right next to the 'Oriental Pearl Trio' with a fantastic view, and the evening cityscape creates an incredible ambiance. Staying at J Hotel Shanghai Tower with my family was a perfect experience! The high-altitude views are incredible, offering a panoramic view of the Bund from above the clouds.
