J Hotel Shanghai Tower

Room was great , great view . JIn Yan restaurant was nice , swimming pool was poor with lack of changing rooms and slippers, breakfast was very good , overall good with good service , the bar on the top floor is no longer there and just heavenly Jin which I thought was a disappointment , all we went to the yi lounge after dinner , empty no one in , but we couldn’t sit in the nice seating area with a view instead we’re shown to a corner area with high wall area next to the seats and table so can only see out if you stand up , we asked if we can sit in the area with better view and was refused even though there wasn’t another customer if the place ! J hotel need to remember they are providing an experience service , people don’t want memories of sitting in a cornering a bar , if the seats are available and no one is there why not let customer use the good seats , why do these good seats require more money ,
