"We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily. Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort. Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️"

"Pros: - Beautiful nature - Private beach - Peaceful and calm place - Friendly and very helpful staff - Convenient store and cafe near lobby with a good view - Pretty houses - Kayaking for 300 thb 2 hours was very good Cons: - If you need anything more or you arrived on main Phi-phi pier be ready to spend 300thb one way 3 times a day. Or 1500 for a private boat - A very dirty swimming pool - In my opinion there is bad water filtration. Always a bit of a salty taste in the shower and during brushing teeth - No place to swim properly. One beach is a bit dirty because of people and boats. The private beach is full of rocks/corals and the depth is very small. Have to walk really far from land"

"The hotel's location is excellent, and we really appreciate the team's effort in arranging a room with a nice view. However, they were very strict—each time we left the room, they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk. Having to put in extra effort for this was quite frustrating. The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea."

"Nice, clean hotel. Stayed for 10 days. Cleaning is regular. The room has everything you need, air conditioning, kettle, TV, hot water, shampoo, toothbrushes and paste, only the bed is very hard, wanted to change the room, but all were occupied. "The size of the villas were moderately good. Resort location was the best, I’ll say - in one sentence, close to the town, far from the chaos. But what challenging was the room location. Ours was a deluxe villa and those villas include too much uphill walk to the room. And its very easy to get lost among the puzzling roads towards the villas. The decoration wasn’t anything extraordinary. Moderate decoration, oldish vibe, not modern. They could’ve done better with the washroom I think considering the price. The breakfast was nice. I loved the coffee machine the most about it. Made me good hot chocolate! The view from the resort was nice, even some rock formations was just infront to sit upon."

"The resort is very big and has multiple different pools and restaurants throughout. There are many activities to enjoy like paddle boarding and kayaking. You can also walk straight onto the beach from the resorts, the beds are comfy, and breakfast was great."

"Our experience was exceptional; however, we were not informed about the boat schedule in advance and were advised to inquire upon arrival. When booking, we realized that the only mode of transportation to the destination was by boat, which unfortunately led to a missed day of our stay due to check-in delays. Despite this, the service exceeded our expectations. In particular, a staff member named Rika provided outstanding service, attentively catering to our dietary needs. She was truly an asset to the team and enhanced our overall experience."

"Close to the beach, has two pools. At the outdoor pool there is a party every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday that you can partially hear in the rooms. We were there at off season so it wasn't that loud. Getting info from the staff depends on who you are talking to. Overall a good experience"
