"Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes. Will definitely come back here when I visit Astana again"

"Good morning! My name is Natalia, and I flew from Murmansk to Astana to get an American visa. I'm staying at the Premier Inn at 187 Balkantau Street. The rooms are in excellent condition!!! It's not expensive. I highly recommend it! The hotel has a cafe called ”Eda Goroda” (Food of the City), and I highly recommend it. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The prices are affordable and delicious. I'll definitely be coming back here from now on."

"I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, with a good bed and four pillows (two soft, two firmer). There was also a kettle, an iron, and an ironing board in the room. The shower had body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The blackout curtains were thick. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning remote control glowed at night if you slept with it on (we didn't figure out if there was a way to turn off the light). We stayed for three days, one of which was a full day (night, day, morning) – on the second day, the towels were changed, and water was replenished. The staff was unobtrusive, and the breakfasts, which were included, were good. If I were to visit this city again, I would definitely stay at this hotel."

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and absolutely loved our room with a view of the botanical park. It was a suite with a kitchen-living room featuring a large sofa for two, and a separate bedroom. Both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were spotless white. Extra bedding for the sofa was provided. The kitchen didn't have cooking utensils, pots, or pans, only plates, glasses, salad bowls, forks, and spoons for two. We had a wonderful rest and got to see Astana before our next flight. The service was friendly. On the second floor, there's a fantastic cafeteria with a great selection of very tasty dishes at good prices! Thanks to the chefs. We recommend this hotel."

"I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Astana during a short visit to Astana and overall had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a good desk that made it easy to work for a few hours. I especially liked the large windows and the quiet atmosphere — despite being in a central area, the room was very peaceful at night. The breakfast was solid, with both local and international options, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional, which is always a plus after a long flight. The hotel feels more business-oriented than luxurious, but everything works smoothly and reliably. Overall, it’s a convenient and dependable place to stay in the city."

"A good hotel for its money. The polite staff, there is a small parking and a nearby stop of transport. The bathroom is very close. The room has no screws and knives, also a refrigerator and microwave in the common area of the kitchen. The hotel is right next to the road and the 105 windows went straight to the road, it was noisy when the windows were open. In the summer it will not work, as it is suffocated and there is no air conditioning."

"I would rate my average experience as 6/10 because I was unable to contact property through Trip.com, only possible through WhatsApp or email which is not really convenient. The arrival experience wasn’t good. We arrived around midnight, and had 3 suitcases. No one offered help. It is mentioned that hotel has bellhop but there was no one. When entering, no one even helped at least with holding a door. The guy in black suit (maybe security) was on his phone. Didn’t pay attention to us. When we reached Front Desk, we didn’t a really warm welcome. Only “Good evening! I need your passport or id” The agent ignored my request for a late check until 1 pm at the c/i. I asked if it’s possible. He continued with property information without returning to that request. The room was quiet and near the elevator which is nice. But service could be better. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of food options but hostess ran to his work desk when I arrived without saying even “Good morning”. He was eating something so I waited for him to finish. The only conversation was “What’s your room number? Enjoy your food” Again, at c/o no one offered help with luggage as well. At least could help with holding a door, because their automatic doors are closed and blocked with a luggage cart. In general, I would say staff needs to learn to provide with a better service due to hotel star rating. It is mentioned that hotel has 4 star rating but, in my opinion, it’s only giving 3 star or less. I stayed in 3 star, 5 star hotels in the world, and I had better experience in a 3 star hotel."

"The hotel's location is excellent. There are many restaurants and a supermarket within a 3-minute walk, and all the major attractions are nearby. A large shopping mall with everything you could need is also just a 5-minute walk away. Facilities: Not brand new, but perfectly acceptable. The room was a bit small. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Environment: The surrounding area is quite nice. Service: Very good. The room heating worked wonderfully, making for a comfortable stay, even though the room itself was a little on the small side."

"Wonderful hotel. Home-style breakfasts. We also had dinner a couple of times, very tasty. Friendly staff. The room is clean. A bit far from the center, but a taxi arrives without problems and the cost is not high."
