First off, the location is fantastic. It's within walking distance of the Central Post Office and Independence Palace, and you can even snap some photos as you pass by Diamond Plaza. There's a Family Mart right across the street and a small supermarket downstairs, making it super convenient for groceries and snacks. The breakfast is semi-buffet style; they offer a different main dish recommendation every day, with drinks and other food items available self-service. I think this is a great way to avoid waste. There's an outdoor swimming pool, a small sauna, and a gym. The front desk staff speak excellent English. The rooms are spacious and kept meticulously clean. If you're visiting Ho Chi Minh City, this is definitely my top recommendation. There's another Somerset near the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden, which has lots of food and massage options nearby, but overall, this location is superior.
