Luoke Platinum Sea View Hotel

Huge thanks to the front desk staff! They were incredibly helpful and even gave us a free room upgrade. The ocean view from our room is absolutely stunning, and we loved being able to relax on the balcony. The room itself is super spacious and very clean. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, the facilities are well-maintained and don't feel old at all. The separate shower and toilet area was also spotless. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing! The front desk staff even upgraded me to a sea-view room. I was stunned when I walked in—it was incredibly spacious, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking. They mentioned there was construction next door, but I couldn't hear a thing; the soundproofing was excellent. I slept soundly for both nights of my stay. Picture 1 shows the view from inside the room. Pictures 2 and 3 are views from the hallway. Simply beautiful!

The facilities are excellent and the staff are really friendly. The bed was super soft and comfortable too. The only downside was that the room was a bit damp, which I guess is to be expected since it's right by the sea. On the plus side, the hotel is very soundproof and the views are lovely. We had a small issue with our first room, but they quickly moved us to another one and everything was fine. The swimming pool was a lot of fun too.

This is an older hotel, and being right by the sea, it might have a slight musty smell, but the room is very spacious and the sea view is quite good. There's also a pool downstairs where you can watch the sunset. The in-room washing machine is really convenient, and you can hang clothes to dry on the small balcony – they'll be dry overnight if it doesn't rain. It's also very close to the city center, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to food delivery.

The room was very spacious, and we had a direct view of the ocean from the balcony. It was super convenient to get to the beach – just cross the road downstairs. The service was excellent; both receptionists were very friendly and always smiling.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage upon arrival and departure (special thanks to Xiao Long at the entrance!). Cleanliness: The room was cleaned meticulously by the housekeeping auntie every day, and she even neatly folded small items and clothes. Environment: The hotel's location is super convenient, with a coconut grove promenade right downstairs. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, including both sunrise and sunset.

The family room was good, spacious and comfortable, but there was no dryer. There are no shops nearby, but the front desk and the cleaning staff were very kind. I left my headphones behind and they arranged to have them sent back to me. Excellent, truly excellent.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were also drinks and snacks available. It's better than some 5-star hotels! Eating out is very convenient, and the beach is just across the road. This room offers the best spot to watch the sunset over the sea!
