Luoke Platinum Sea View Hotel

The room was excellent, and they even granted me a late check-out. They were very friendly and didn't rush me at all. Special thanks to Xiao Zhong for their wonderful and thoughtful service!

Aside from the large room, everything else was terrible. It was run-down and noisy. During the day, there was construction across the street, and at night, the outdoor air conditioning unit was right on the balcony, making noise directly into the room!

The room is excellent, very close to Sanya Bay, and offers sea views. The coconut grove is beautiful in the evening. Breakfast is decent. Prices are very good right now during the off-season. However, the hotel also has apartments of the same type that are much cheaper. Hotel guests get free access to the 5th-floor pool, but apartment guests do not.

If a wonderful trip needs a perfect ending, then it must be the comfort and pleasure this hotel brings. You can see the sea right from the balcony.

The room was really spacious, and there's a running path around the bay – what more could you ask for at this price? It was a bit windy during check-in, though. A huge thanks to the front desk lady who upgraded my room! They even called me to say they held onto something I left at the front desk. The only downside is that the hotel's delivery robot was broken, which made ordering takeout a bit inconvenient.

The room was very clean, and Brother Quan and Xiao Tuan provided warm and welcoming service.

I was very happy with our room on the 16th floor. Since I was traveling with seniors and minors, I booked a family suite, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with separate wet and dry areas), a dining room, and a kitchen. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was definitely perfect for a family trip. The balcony was huge and offered a great sea view, and there was even a washing machine on it. They provided free laundry detergent every day, which was a big plus, though it was a bit awkward not having a place to hang clothes to dry. It was also convenient that there's a mall about a 10-15 minute walk away where we could eat, and there were various supermarkets nearby for groceries.

The room was quite spacious, and the sea view room offered a wide-open vista. Having a washing machine was also very convenient.
