The room view was absolutely stunning! The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming, and the cleaning lady was very thorough. The front desk staff were thoughtful and kind, and the person who helped us with our luggage when we checked out was also excellent!

The room was pretty good. I booked a sunset sea-view room, but it was partly cloudy that day, so I didn't really see the sunset. Still, looking at the sea was nice. The hotel staff specifically warned us that there might be noise from nearby renovations, but honestly, for most people, it wasn't noisy at all. We didn't hear any disturbing sounds the entire night. arrived and was upgraded to a 22nd floor, unfortunately it was directly facing a construction that was 24hr. and the sanya beach broadwalk has daily noisy activities. the staff move to another room away from the construction, this room had issues with the toilet and the room smells bad like leaking sewage. staff brought a filter to clean the air unfortunately it was bad. however got a good view of new year fireworks at the beach. good variety of western and Chinese food for breakfast. however smells and state of the toilet made the stay unpleasant. service staff tried their best to fix the toilet but smells remained. googled and it's apparently common issues with old properties smelly toilets
