Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. They speak English and helped me with luggage storing and other requests as well. You can also enjoy hotspring bath.

The hotel is very near to Shin Imamiya train station, it’s about 5 minutes walking, there is a subway station near to the hotel as well and about 5 minutes walking, the hotel was good, but be careful because there is a specific time for taking shower 😂, I didn’t know that, good luck for you all

The place is at a very good location. There are many alternatives but Kaga has nice floor planning and balconies to enjoy the view. The staff is very polite. There is sento inside and also can purchase discounted tickets for the sento nearby.
I had a double room but unfortunately I had bed bugs in the sheets. I asked the staff to change the room and they helped me, which I appreciate very much!
So, don’t hesitate to choose this spot because if you face problems the staff will help.

the hotel is a hostel with a small rooms and with public facilities . neat and conducive. only problem is that they have time for some facilities use like shower times ends at 10 pm every night

This is an old budget hotel of very basic facilities. It is very near Shinimamiya Station and the New World. Please be reminded that you have take your shoes off upon your entry to hotel. A supermarket and convenient store are in the vicinity.

You got your private room with good price.
Shower rooms and laundries are well equipped.
You can even enjoy Japanese spa if you are men.

My first night in Osaka. This place is considerably quieter than hotels near Shin-Imamiya Station. However, do note that the onsen has restricted hours. Also, you'll need to get a key from the front desk to access the shower rooms. Overall, the service was acceptable.
