M Village Hotel Ton That Dam, a brand of Modern Village Lifestyle

I had a wonderful stay at M Village Hotel Ton That Dam. The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made the stay more enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is another highlight—it’s conveniently situated close to many restaurants, cafés, and popular attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend M Village Hotel Ton That Dam to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Enjoy my stay in M Village. Good location, food and drinks available right outside Hotel. If you take Grab, may have to walk out (less than 1min) to the main road. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean but toilet floor is slippery. Nearly fell down a few times because of the water. The toilet I stay in dun had a shower curtain which causes water to flow out. Need to be really careful. Will stay here again for my next trip

I'm a member of M Village rewards program and have stayed at 3 M Village hotels so far. The one in Ton That Dam has the most superb location 👌🏼 soon as you step outside the hotel you have a street filled with street food. There is a noodle stall that opens 24H. Going down at 1am to buy the beef noodle soup was one of the guilty pleasures I enjoyed. Saigon Center and Cafe apartment are 3 mins walk. Bixteco tower 5 mins walk. For thr location alone, i will definitely stay here again. The Premier room i stayed was spacious and clean but did show signs of ageing.. the lighting is VERY dim even with all lights turned on, if you are a female it's near impossible to do make-up after 6pm because you won't be able to see yourself well (yes, it's that bad) I've read a few reviews saying the lighting is too dim too so hopefully the hotel management will change that. A very pleasant stay nonetheless.

Hotel location is good with ease of travelling around to other places.

Reasonable price and size rooms. Breakfast choices has improved from the past. Location is pretty convenient for food and shopping choices. Not likely to allow late checkout, even for an hour, they will suggest a 6 hours booking charge.

Hotel is located at a very convenient place. However, it can get a little bit noisy until 10pm. It didn’t bother me much as my bed time is only after 10pm and the noise is bearable. Hotel staff are super responsive on WhatsApp and went out of their way to help me w reservation bookings at restaurants. Overall very happy with my stay (:

I had a pleasant stay at M Village Tôn Thất Đạm. The hotel is in a quiet district, so there was no late-night noise and it was very comfortable for resting. It is also within walking distance to the Cafe Apartments, which made it convenient to explore nearby cafes and the city area. The location is great for travelers who prefer a peaceful stay while still being close to attractions and food spots.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Everything I’m mentioning below isn’t new, it has been repeatedly mentioned by previous travellers. This 4 stars hotel isn’t worth that amount you’re spending. Stay away. They gave me an initial room that has spoilt electric plugs. So on my first night when I check in, showered & was ready to sleep, I could not charge any of my devices nor use the hair dryer. They made me wait so long for an electrician to come, only to tell me that it cannot be resolved. So I requested for a change of room and the new room has no soundproofing at all. I’m not even a light sleeper and this is the WORST hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s situated in the middle of a street full of nightclubs and you WILL be disturbed my the loud noise that will go on to after midnight. Earplugs that I’ve brought did not help. To add on to the mess, there is no waterproofing ***** at the bottom of the shower screen. Which means after you shower, you will have a huge pool of water that has leaked out. Which is a safety hazard. The pool isn’t a pool anymore. It’s more like a pond with dead leaves floating around. Zero maintenance by the hotel management. It isn’t even swimmable at this point. And the breakfast? Miserable. It’s really unimaginable that a 4 star hotel can issue you this limited selection of food. Calling it a buffet is a joke when all you have are eggs and coffee. Objectively speaking, the only 2 good points are that the staff are helpful, proactive & friendly. The location is in district 1. But that’s about it. With the amount you’re paying for a 4 stars hotel, these points are nothing much to shout about. It’s the bare minimum. There’s plenty of other hotels in district 1. Just don’t come to this hotel.
