Radisson Blu Hotel, Shanghai Stadium

I’ve stayed here several times because it's so convenient for commuting. The quickest way to get here on foot is from Exit 2 of Shanghai Indoor Stadium Station (Lines 1 & 4); if you're taking a rideshare or taxi, pickup is down on the B1 level. Feizhou International Plaza is right outside the ground-floor lobby, making it super easy to grab food, go shopping, or catch a bus. Since it's a new hotel that opened just within the past couple of years, the rooms are well-equipped with full smart automation—things like the curtains and TV turn on automatically when you walk back into the room. The guy at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and accommodating. Even though my room wasn't quite ready yet, he went ahead and processed my check-in paperwork first, which was very flexible of him. A security deposit is required at check-in, and the items in the mini-fridge are chargeable, but as long as you don't incur any extra charges, the deposit is automatically refunded to your original payment method upon check-out. Overall, I had another great stay. The room had good soundproofing, and the hallway was quiet too. My only minor gripes were that the lamp above the small round table is easy to bump your head on (shown in the last photo), and the bathroom sink drained a bit slowly, making a persistent thumping/gurgling water sound (first video). Other than that, everything was great, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Five-star review! For Shanghai, getting a room this spacious at this price point exceeded expectations. The room is very roomy, well-cleaned, and fully equipped. It's hard to come by at this price range and perfect for a stay while traveling. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Booked the Radisson again for the football match. Got a group-buying deal for 998 RMB including two breakfasts and two dinners—incredible value for money and quite impressive overall. Checked into a twin room by mistake upon arrival, but Trip.com communicated with the hotel immediately and helped switch me back to a king room. There was a little mix-up in between: the manager, Eric, had originally arranged the largest room on the lower floor for me, which I mistakenly thought was an immersive-style room. I was very satisfied after moving to the traditional rectangular room. Dinner featured plenty of crab dishes, such as crab roe noodles and swimming crabs, plus complimentary crayfish delivered to the table. The breakfast noodles were the absolute highlight~

Before booking, I saw some reviews saying the service wasn't very good, which made me a bit worried. However, I booked anyway because of its proximity to the stadium. Upon arrival, our car went straight to the underground parking garage, and we entered the hotel directly from the first-floor lobby. Because of this, I found all the staff we encountered to have great attitudes! During check-in, the front desk agent even upgraded my room type. The hotel is gorgeous and beautifully designed with very cozy lighting—you can snap an Instagram-worthy photo at any angle. The hotel is entirely non-smoking, which is fantastic; the air throughout the property feels much fresher. Even though I am a smoker myself, the staff informed me where the designated smoking areas were, and it wasn't a hassle to pop over. A minor inconvenience is that food deliveries cannot be brought up to the room; you have to pick them up outside the first-floor lobby, where there are also delivery lockers. There was a wide variety of items at breakfast. I ordered a plain vegetarian noodle soup—without adding any extra toppings, it was surprisingly quite delicious! Since I wanted to use the pool, I asked the front desk for a late checkout. The swimming pool was quite clean, though unfortunately, there were kids taking swimming lessons during my time slot, so it was a bit crowded. However, they provide pretty much everything you need for swimming! Regrettably, I didn't do my research beforehand this time and missed out on getting a room with a view of the stadium. I'd definitely stay here again given the chance!

Had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I loved the relaxed atmosphere. The front desk staff were attentive and thoughtful, even preparing kids' toiletries for us. Housekeeping was polite, and the hotel facilities are new and complete. The guest room hallways are spacious, clean, and bright. Transportation is very convenient with Metro Lines 3, 11, 4, and 1 nearby. In the evening, it's lovely to take a stroll in the sports park downstairs. Such a pleasant stay, I will definitely come back again.

As a frequent traveler who always books hotels on Trip.com, this was my most satisfying stay yet. The hotel front desk staff directly upgraded me to an Executive Sky Room – an absolutely stunning room type. Not only was it spacious and comfortable, but the entire wall was a floor-to-ceiling window, offering a direct and beautiful view of the entire stadium. I just wanted to stay in the room and quietly enjoy the view, not wanting to leave. It would have been perfect if there was a concert! 😀 Thanks to all the hotel front desk staff; everyone was very polite and patient. I hope I can stay in this room type again next time.

I brought my child to a concert, and they absolutely loved the hotel's style! Due to a timing issue with our room, the staff member at check-in immediately arranged an upgrade for us to an available room, resolving the problem promptly. The robot delivery service was efficient, and having a subway station nearby made getting around very convenient.

I stayed here to attend a concert at the stadium. There were so many positives: it's close to the subway station, and you couldn't get any closer to the venue! It's right downstairs, so I wouldn't worry at all if my child went alone. The hotel's floor-to-ceiling window design is fantastic, and the night view is beautiful! The room was also very clean, had a large bathtub, and all the facilities were new. The service was also excellent! The only slight downsides were that there weren't many dining options close by, and I had to pick up food deliveries from the delivery locker at the main entrance. Honestly, the pillows and comforter in the room weren't very comfortable; maybe I just wasn't used to them. Overall, though, if you're attending a concert or something similar, this hotel is perfect. The location is just superb.
