Mediocre at best, with no outstanding qualities. The staff's professionalism needs improvement. For the price, the service falls short of expectations. The air conditioning noise is particularly noteworthy, it's like a challenging hearing test. If you're looking for entertainment, this hotel is definitely not worth considering! However, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of them improving their professional skills in the future! On a side note, the breakfast was quite good! That's worth a compliment!

Great location, very close to the subway, making it easy to get around. It's quite unique to be located inside a stadium. The decor is new, the room is spacious, and the cleanliness is good. The pool is just average.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent and warm. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. There were also many local food options nearby. Overall, it met my expectations, and I would stay here again.

To attend my friend's wedding💒, I started looking for a hotel several days in advance. My biggest wish at the time was to be close to the Xujiahui commercial district, so it would be convenient to meet up with friends or explore on my own after the wedding. After comparing the locations and reviews of several hotels, I finally chose this one near the Shanghai Indoor Stadium because it's incredibly close to the Xujiahui commercial district, just one subway stop away 🚇, which is super convenient! The hotel's exact location is within Xujiahui Sports Park. After exiting from subway station Exit 2, you just follow the signs for a few minutes. Along the way, you can see the lush greenery 🌳 in the park, and the air is especially fresh. The day I checked in happened to be a weekend, and there was an exciting match going on at the stadium 🏟️. Although I didn't buy a ticket to watch it live, I could still feel the passion of the game from my room window at night. The atmosphere alone put me in a great mood. When checking in, the front desk attendant ❤️ was particularly enthusiastic. Not only did he quickly help me with the formalities, but he also smilingly told me that because of the high occupancy rate on weekends, they had specially upgraded my room 🏠. I was genuinely surprised and delighted to hear this news! After entering the room, I found that the upgraded room had an even better view, with the beautiful Xujiahui Sports Park outside the window. The room facilities were also comprehensive, clean, and tidy, making me feel very comfortable 😌. The next morning, I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast selection was quite rich, with Chinese congee, noodles, and Western bread and pastries 🥐, all of which tasted very good. However, the only downside was that the hot milk supply was a bit scarce 🥛. When I went to get some, it was already gone, and I felt a little disappointed at the time. Overall, this stay was truly satisfying 👍. From the convenient transportation and hotel environment to the service attitude, everything left me very pleased. I hope to stay here again next time I visit Shanghai. And next time, I'll definitely go to the restaurant early to enjoy some warm milk 🥛 and truly experience the charm of this city!

The room was clean, the bed was spacious, and it was quiet at night. The hotel service was also good! The indoor pool had clean water and was 1.2 meters deep, perfect for swimming with kids!

This hotel is right inside the Xujiahui Shanghai Stadium (aka 'Shanghai Stadium' or '80,000 People Stadium'). From the room, you can directly see inside the stadium, which is an amazing 'god's-eye view' if you're there for a football match or a concert – truly a uniquely advantageous location. The rooms are all new, the executive lounge's happy hour offers à la carte options with excellent quality, and the manager's service is also fantastic. Breakfast is good too. All in all, it's a high-standard, distinctive hotel.

I booked this hotel to attend the concert with my daughter. The facilities are complete and well-designed, saving a lot of time getting in and out of the venue. We could even hear the screams from the concert right from our room! The only downside was the excessively long wait for our food order when we came back at night. We later found out they had sent our order to the wrong table, but they ended up waiving the charge and offering us free drinks. Overall, it was still a good experience.

Let me start with the really disappointing aspects of this stay: 1. After checking in and getting to the room, I planned to go for a swim. However, I found the bathrobe was dirty and even damp to the touch! There was also hair where the bathrobes were kept. After I reported it, the hotel immediately replaced the bathrobe, and later they also cleaned other areas I pointed out, like stains on the sink. I hope they pay more attention to cleaning thoroughly after guests check out. 2. The protruding part in the bathroom is very sharp (and the edge was broken). It's quite dangerous! I was barefoot in the room and accidentally stepped on it. My foot was swollen for two days… I hope they take this seriously. 3. Due to a concert causing road closures, ordering takeout and going out were inconvenient, so I wanted to order room service. But the ordering function wasn't working; the scanned menu was empty. When I called, they told me I had to go to the restaurant to order and then take it back… If I'm already at the restaurant, why would I want to take it back to my room? Now for the good experiences: 1. The front desk staff member was as warm and attentive as ever. He deserves high praise (I forgot his name… I'll definitely remember it next time to praise him again). All staff members I passed by would smile and greet me, which was nice. 2. The room had a great view and was very spacious. I loved it. 3. Although the pool was crowded, the cleanliness was well-maintained. 4. Housekeeping was very quick to replenish amenities and adjusted to guest needs.
