Two 1.5-meter beds were just right for two adults and two children. Breakfast was average, and the à la carte options were not abundant. The restaurant on the 29th floor was slightly better than the 28th-floor breakfast. During the National Day holiday, 16k for two nights didn't even include fruit upon check-in. The location was convenient, with direct access to shopping through connecting buildings. The room glass rattled for two hours in the morning, waking everyone up. When I asked the front desk, they just replied that it was random and not every room would have the sound, and that it occasionally happens on mornings with large temperature differences. The hotel said sorry, random happens, very rare, that's it.

Overall, it was just okay. The only good thing was the staff, who were nice and enthusiastic and tried their best to solve any issues. However, the hotel itself has too many flaws: 1) The location is mediocre. It's not too far or too close to Umeda; walking is too tiring, and taking a taxi involves a long detour. 2) The hotel's design is very ordinary, with an average aesthetic. It's just a Hilton with slightly higher renovation standards. 3) I don't know why the lighting was designed to be so dim; it's definitely a fail. It's uncomfortably dark, making me feel tired throughout my stay. 4) On the day of departure, I had lunch at Peacock Alley for convenience, and the food was terrible, with plating like an airplane meal. 5) The daily commute to switch to the internal elevators at the main entrance is too long and exhausting. 6) The most frustrating thing is the constant clicking sound, either from equipment, the building structure, or thermal expansion/contraction of the glass, that occurs for three to four hours every morning and evening. During its most intense period, it happens about once every ten seconds. My family usually sleeps late and wakes late, so we barely got a few hours of sleep before being woken up by the noise. Even changing rooms the next day didn't help. I don't understand why no one else has mentioned this issue. Plus, I stayed in a corner suite, so I estimate the noise level was about four times that of a regular room. I really can't fathom why this is happening; I've never encountered such frequent noise before.

The room design didn't quite meet my expectations; it felt a bit small compared to other hotels in the same price range. While the hotel's advertised high-altitude night views look great in photos, the service and breakfast were good. However, there was still a noticeable new renovation smell in the room.

The hotel service was excellent and very polite. They prepared gifts and desserts for the kids, and we even got a room upgrade. The cleanliness was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The Trip.com Black Diamond exclusive customer service was also fantastic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the whole family loved it.

The environment and location are both pretty good, but the service was just average. The main issue is that the minibar isn't free. Charging for it in a standard room is somewhat understandable, but having to pay even for a Coke when you've booked a suite is really a bit hard to accept.

This is a top-tier hotel in Osaka. If you're not on a tight budget, this is definitely the place to stay. The facilities are luxurious and grand. The restaurant is excellent, and the pool and sauna are fantastic. The lounge with the night view is spacious and impressive. It's also very close to all the major shopping malls. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was fantastic! For a prime location like Umeda, the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It was incredibly convenient for exploring Umeda's dining and shopping scene. This will definitely be our first choice when we bring our kids to Osaka again. And a special shout-out to the hotel's afternoon tea – it was absolutely picture-perfect!

The room layout was a bit odd, with a long hallway leading to a small living area. The king-size bed felt a bit short. However, the location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from shopping areas like Lucua, Grand Front, and Osaka Station, plus there's a 7-Eleven nearby. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. Overall, it was a good stay.

Stepping into this hotel felt like going back in time to The Great Gatsby. It's probably the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at in Osaka. They really made good use of the public spaces, and the Peacock Alley is simply stunning – I could admire it all day. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication quite easy. Contrary to what I read online, the standard room was perfectly fine. I was given a high floor, and the room was spacious, well-divided, with plenty of space for luggage. The twin room had two queen-sized beds (1.5 meters each), making it very family-friendly. The downsides were the low water pressure in the bathroom and the water not getting hot enough. They provided Aesop amenities, and the ginger scent was lovely. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was semi-buffet style with limited variety, and the main courses were quite uninspired, not really matching the room rate. I do recommend the French toast among the main dishes, it was excellent. The biggest issue was the long queues, which really detracted from the experience. The hotel's location is quite good. Directly downstairs is Green Place with a wide variety of dining options, and Ushigoro is on the third floor. You can walk to department stores like Hanshin, but taking a taxi is more convenient for Hankyu.
