I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries.

The shower had hot water, but the pressure was weak.
Soundproofing was poor. Early in the morning, I could clearly hear people moving in the hallways and doors slamming.
Otherwise, everything was great.
The staff were responsive. I was able to send clothes for laundry.
The room had a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no hairdryer.

KKeleThe hotel was quite clean. It's located in the city center. The receptionist understands English. The milk at breakfast was cold... which is a bit unsuitable for Chinese tourists. Everything else was fine. The cereal was particularly sweet.

Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas.
The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot.
The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso.
Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too.
I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket.
I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!

Cons: The air conditioning only heats or cools, depending on the time of year. Even if it's 23°C (73°F) and sunny in February (like this year), the air conditioning still blows hot air, but fortunately, you can open the window. Also, there's a constant stench in the bathroom, as if they forgot to install water traps on the drains. Overall, the bathroom was finished by some incompetent people—you could cut your foot on the crookedly installed tiles in the shower.

FFarell SalvadorGreat place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.

Wwk155the staffs are so nice and really helpful. The room was so clean and also its communal space. Moreover, they provide a breakfast and unlimited coffee and tea. I will stay there again if I visit Bishkek
