Really good afternoon. We went to the open day and were surprised to find so much available in a small space. Wishing it every success for the opening in 2023.
Really well arranged museum with kind and helpful staff who know about the mines and the project, interesting because I worked in Combe Down when it was all going on.
So much interesting information about Combe Down and the history of the mines. Samples of stone and fossils and ancient tools. Plus a good documented film of the mines being made safe.
