The cultural atmosphere of Huaihe Cultural Square is very strong. I thought that there was a Huaihe word by the Huaihe River. I didn't expect it to be a public leisure square. The square is very lively in summer evenings. The square dance, Latin dance, martial arts practice, football, install a speaker to sing to the square, and everyone who runs and walks slowly.
