6 min walk from the Drake????
I live across from the Osterman Beach. IT IS NOT A 6 MIN WALK from the Drake!!!!! Do your due diligence on a map is the lesson here.
Nice beach
When we were here on a Saturday morning they were doing some minor construction - so we weren't able to get to the beach. Bathrooms are available from Labor Day through the summer.
great gay-friendly beach
Beautiful, not usually crowded beach that is especially friendly towards the gay community. Weekends are busy but there is still room to breathe and lots of activities to partake in like beach volleyb...
Great northside beach without the crowds

Beautiful beach! Its peaceful also, and water calm. Lucky me, i get to see it everytime i enter the Lakefront trail to start my run or bike rides. And great place to watch the sunrise.
