    peach cherry blossom viewing

    Original Text

I went to see peach cherry blossoms on weekdays when it was not crowded. The peach forest that has continued since the Edo period was spectacular. The parking lot near the peach forest was crowded, but I was able to take a walk without crowds. We also visited the pond, event plaza, nearby Asama Shrine, and temples in the park.

Blooming cherry blossoms and late blooming peaches

    Original Text

Flower peaches are famous in Furukawa Kubo Park, and the peach festival is held every year. Many of the peaches planted are dark pink varieties called early-bloom Yaguchi, and it was a pity that the best time to see them was already over, but the white, red, and pink late-bloom peaches and cherry blossoms were in full bloom and I enjoyed them enough. It was as cheerful as early summer, so I ate peach soft at a cafe in the park.
