The chef returned to Japan while suffering from malnutrition from China at the age of one. At the age of 16, she went to France by boat and opened a French restaurant in the first place in Tokyo, and she changed to shojin ryori, and became the chief priest of this temple. Shojin cuisine, which is riding in a turbulent life, has a weight.
