There is a gate pillar on the east side opposite Shomeiji Temple in Urateramachi-dori and Yakushi Shimoru. It is blocked by a tall gate and cannot be seen inside. You can only see the roof of a building that looks like the main hall. It is a temple of the Jodo sect.
