A residence with a good atmosphere on the edge
Original Text
The museum is located in the mansion of Karo Oyamada Shusuzu, who rebuilt the finances of the Yagyu domain. It was said that Sohachi Yamaoka got the concept of the novel "Spring Slope" from this mansion and wrote it.
The former Yagyu domain chief retainer's residence was acquired by literary master Shohachi Yamaoka in 1964, and the original work of the NHK taiga drama "Spring Slope" in 1971 was also conceived here. It triggered the Yagyu boom.
In novels and dramas, the image of Yagyu was preceded by the swordsman, but when I actually went there, it was certainly a samurai residence, but it was very ordinary, and it did not match my image.

it's small.
It's like a small museum. Not bad. It's nice to look slowly. Old tools are interesting. Recommended.
Ordinary
It's like an ordinary museum. Yagyu's name is well known, but the impression is that he wasn't that wealthy.
You can say this.
