Located between Xining and Zhangye cities, if you take the Qinghai-Gansu grand loop tour, you need to detour about 80 kilometers one way. The terrain is very diverse, with rapeseed and highland barley planted at the foot of the mountains, colorful Danxia landforms in the distance, and snow-capped mountains that stretch on. Enter the scenic area and first take a shuttle bus to the middle of the mountain, then climb the mountain on your own.
