It is a quiet temple with a shining vermilion
Original Text
It is a short distance from Prefectural Road 122. I couldn't find a stone monument or signboard with the name of the temple (overlooked?), and I couldn't find any descriptions of the history of the temple. It is off the main road and there are few people or cars passing by, so it is a quiet temple with vermilion and vivid sculptures of the mountain gate and Amidado (?).
The gate of the red temple is like the Shurei Gate of Okinawa. (To be honest, when I saw the Shureimon gate in Okinawa, I thought it looked like Kaigonji Temple.) This is Benzaiten, the Seven Lucky Gods of Kujukuri, and the god of harvest.
Ninety-nine miles and seven blessings: the heavens

A temple that enshrines Benzaiten (Benzaiten, Benten-sama), the red point of the Seven Lucky Gods of Kujukuri. The vermilion-painted mountain gate and the Jizo of the zodiac were impressive.
