A must see place for all plane spotters willing to have good shots at Narita airport. Accessible from Narita town by bus, however note that buses are marked in Japanese only.
A park where you can see takeoff and landing leisurely
You can see the takeoff and landing of the plane in the park near the runway of Narita Airport. I think it's a good park, but I think the nearby "Hikoki no Oka" is suitable for shooting because you can capture the appearance immediately after takeoff.
