This is the first time I visited a museum in Japan, it's enlightening I'll say. Basically, you get to learn all about the Emperor Showa from his childhood to his adulthood days all the way to the poin...
Very huge park where located few local attractions, walking distance from Takachiwa JR station. Very relaxing and quite place.Got garden on roof top and art exhibition area.
he museum was designed by architect Kiyonori Kikutake, and houses over 18,000 items, including letters, clothes and other commodities from World War II. The exhibits provide a clear view of the day-to...

It was a very small "Emperor Showa Memorial Hall", but it was very good for me. In particular, I was a little tearful in "The Life of Emperor Showa's 87 Years" (video viewing) looking back on the image video. If you are even interested in the "Showa" era, it may be worth a visit. Photography is prohibited in the memorial hall.
It is located in Showa Kinen Park. It was so hot that I didn't feel like walking outside, so I went in. It was closed by a sturdy door and it was difficult to enter because I couldn't see the inside at all. There were no customers, and the man in charge explained it carefully. It was smaller than I expected, and I thought the price was high for that. I thought that few people would enter at this price.
