A local shrine
Located along Tamagawa-dori (route246) and half way between Sangenjaya and Shibuya. Despite the modest structure, it has a nice atmosphere that is worth checking out.
Established during the Meireki era in the Edo period. It was the guardian deity of the former Ikejiri Village and Ikezawa Village. Since ancient times, it has been worshiped as 「 Hibushi Inari, Child-rearing Inari 」. In addition, there was a spiritual water called 「 Well 」, which was said to be a medicine of God, but it was relied on by travelers and residents. It is now used as a chozuya.
You can walk from Ikejiri Ohashi Station. It was at the crossroads, and the lanterns were conspicuous. I had a business at this station and stopped by to kill time.
You can walk from Ikejiri Ohashi Station. It is located in a quiet residential area and is good for a walk course. There were many lanterns and I felt the atmosphere.
There were a lot of lanterns, and they were pretty conspicuous.

On the way back from watching the live performance at the Hitomi Memorial Auditorium at Showa Women's University, when I was walking to Ikejiri Ohashi Station at night, I found this shrine. Perhaps the festival was close, there were many lanterns and the lights were quite conspicuous.
