I accidentally saw it when I was playing Jingua Building. It was opposite the Jingua Building and located on Quanzhou Road. It turned out to be the old residence of Lu Jiaxi, a Chinese scientist, and it meant quiet and far away, so it was called Ningyuan Building. Three-story small western-style building.
