Recently, my phone has once again protested against insufficient storage! While clearing out photos, I realized I haven't shared my experience at Antelope Valley with you all! So, without further ado, let's dive right in! Antelope Valley is one of the brands under the Yellowstone umbrella. The interior design truly gives off the vibe of the American "Antelope Valley", making it a fantastic spot for photography 📸. Besides main meals, they also serve afternoon tea. It's quite relaxing to leisurely sip coffee by the street and chat. Restaurant: THE SPOILER Antelope Valley (Zhonghua City Branch) Location: No. 2019, Sunshine Street, 2F South District, Zhonghua City, 195 Siming South Road (Exit 3B of Zhenhai Road Subway Station) Hours: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM About the dishes: 🎃 Creamy Pumpkin Soup: It's truly sweet and fragrant! I order it every time I visit. Regardless of whether you like pumpkin or not, I highly recommend giving it a try. The creamy flavor is rich and now it's served as a soup. The bread is served in pieces, making it convenient to dip into the soup. 🐔 Roasted Spring Chicken Stuffed with Glutinous Rice: I've had roasted chicken before, but this is my first time trying a whole chicken stuffed with glutinous rice! It's quite delicious! The chicken is tender, the skin is nicely roasted, and it's a must to eat it with the glutinous rice. The texture is amazing! The glutinous rice is somewhat like the salty rice from Southern Fujian, and it can be a main dish! 🦐 Pesto Abalone Pasta 🍝: You can't go wrong with any pasta dish from their menu! Seeing it as a new item on the menu, I decided to give it a try. The pasta, full of pesto, is very appetizing! The abalone is sliced and has a texture somewhat like mushrooms, but it's more crisp! If it gets cold, remember to heat it up, it's delicious when hot! 🍚 Spanish Wild Rice Seafood Stew: Even I, who don't usually enjoy rice, love this dish! The sticky texture, the rice is not mushy at all, and it's very fresh and sweet. Paired with shrimp, squid, and clams, remember to eat it with the rice. 🐙 Charcoal Grilled Octopus: This is my first time trying this dish! The octopus grilled over charcoal has a slightly charred exterior, but it's just right. This dish is a bit dry, but the flavor is great, it's fragrant when chewed, the octopus meat is chewy, very interesting, remember to squeeze some lemon juice, it's very refreshing! 🥤 Tropical Fruit Tea: I highly approve of their fruit tea! The sour and sweet balance is just right, and the fruits added are very fresh. Every time I order a cup, it can serve as a dessert fruit. In addition to these, they also have desserts and bread, which I really like. If I'm in Zhonghua City, I would come here, order a cup of coffee, pair it with some bread, and enjoy a delightful afternoon tea. Another great thing about this place is that if you have a birthday or a date, you can communicate with the restaurant in advance, and they will help with the decoration, which is really considerate~
