I went to Cinema III for the movie. The theatre is well maintained and the environment is clean. You can get a big pop corn and soft drinks at counter, for the snacks while enjoy your movie time. Suggest to bring along your jacket, as you might feel cold in the theatre.

#afternoontea Amazing afternoon! Love the afternoon tea here at Empire Hotel. They serve fingers sandwiches, scones, pastries. Good option of tea and coffee. The views all around are stunning with very beautiful view facing the sea. Very enjoy their luxury atmosphere and 6* star service. Staff was attentive and helpful. The afternoon tea only available on Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Otherwise, you can also walk around the grounds.

A Must Go Landmark for Toursist in Brunei

The Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque is a signature Brunei Landmark, one of the oldest mosque named after the 28th Sultan of Brunei Darussalam. It is located in the heart of the city, Bandar Seri Begawan at Jalan McArthur, Bandar Seri Begawan BS8711. The mosque's golden dome are covered in real gold leaf. The mosque has a 52m-high minaret makes it the tallest building in central of Bandar Seri Begawan. The mosque has a ceremonial stone boat sitting in the lagoon is a replica of a 16th-century mahligai (royal barge). I arrived there in the evening. There is a park named Taman Mahkota Julbi Emas, located at the back of the mosque becomes the happening centre of city life in Bandar. Whenever the weather is good, can see individuals and families gather to walk, jog, and fly kites. Small airport by international standards but functional and works for Brunei. Good clean airport with not much croud, comfortable seats all necessary commodities available. Staff is good and helpful very smooth processes in all. Plenty of space to relax and stretch during transit. Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque is a mosque in Kampong Kiarong of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. It is named after Hassanal Bolkiah, the 29th and current Sultan of Brunei. It is one of the two state mosques, the other Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque was established on 14 July 1994 and it is the largest mosque in the country and can accommodate 5,000 worshippers at a time. The Jame asr' Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque

The Jame asr' Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque is considered to be a masterpiece of modern Islamic Architecture throughout South Asia. The mosque's architecture shows influences of the Turkish style, with its four tall minarets towering over the golden domes. These are throw back photos. We had a trip to Bali last year and had 24 hours lay over in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. We decided to seize that opportunity to explore a bit although it was already around 1am when we arrived at the hotel, my boyfriend and I decided to go for a walk and look around this city. We have searched that it's a safe place so we didn't worry much about it. And so, we decided to use google map to find this mosque and luckily it's just near where we stayed. At the King’s Mosque they have separate entrance for the royal family. Men and women pray separately I just found out maybe this is normal for muslims. Photography is not allowed inside the mosque but i can say it was beautifully decorated Narra from the Philippines, chandeliers from Vienna, marble from Italy, carpet from Persia, metals from Australia and our guide mentioned the altar is gold. The room is air conditioned and they provide long robes for non-muslim tourists even if we were within dress code. #givethanks #givethanks

Experiencing the history and culture in Bandar Seri Begawan Brunei. We were able to explore Brunei when we had our trip to Bali because of the lay over. We had 24 hours to enjoy and explore a little bit of Bandar Seri. We went to few mosques and they were all great. I think Brunei is a peaceful nation. It's small to have sophisticated infrastructures. But it's got plenty going for it: good security, clean air, beautiful mosques and more.
