Wuqizhengeming Site

[Wuqi Town Revolutionary Former Site] also known as "Wuqi Revolution Memorial Hall". Originally called "Chairman Mao Revolutionary Former Residence Memorial Hall". In December 1966, it was built. On October 19, 2004, the newly built showroom "Long March to Wuqi of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China" was officially opened. In October 2005, the name of Wuqi County was changed to Wuqi County, and the "Wuqi Town Revolutionary Site Memorial Hall" was changed to "Wuqi Revolution Memorial Hall". On October 19, 1935, the Central Red Army Long March entered Wuqi Town. Mao Zedong and the Central Leaders lived in this courtyard called "New Kiln Yard" for 12 days. On October 30, he left Wuqi Town and went to Xiasi Bay, Ganquan County.

The former site of Wuqi Revolution is located in the southwest foothills of Bird's Nest Mountain, Wuqi County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China led the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army Shaanxi-Gansu Detachment to Wuqi Town, the base of the Shaanxi-Gansu Revolution. Wuqi County Shengli Mountain is located in the northwest side of Wuqi International Hotel. The mountain is the foothold of the Central Red Army. The Red Army here wins and General Liu Zidan in northern Shaanxi. The mountain is not too high for about 40 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. The mountain road is artificially repaired.
