Milan’s Castello Sforzesco is a popular attraction for tourists visiting this magnificent city. Located in the heart of Milan, walking distance from the Milan Catherdral. This is a medieval fortress was built in the 15th century, and serve as residence for the Sforza family during the Renaissance period. It was damaged during WW2, and was as restored & reopen in 1950s. You can now explore various museums & galleries, including the Museum of Ancient Art and the Museum of Musical Instruments. Sforzesco Castle is in the heart of Milan, with an iconic square clock tower in the middle of the castle and a prototype turret at the corner. The periphery is a circle of trenches that are now covered by green, terrible lawns.
