Completed in 1912, the Palace Castle Corridor was initially open to the public, but later it was changed to a private Palace Castle Hot Spring Center. Although you can no longer drink the spring water of Shanggongbao Spring, you can still visit the Art Nouveau style pavilion in the palace corridor. The castle cloister was first built in 1910 and was designed and constructed by the Viennese architect Johann Friedrich Aumann. The Upper Palace Spring in the Palace Castle Corridor and the Lower Palace Spring in the Market Corridor belong to the same spring, but the terrain is different, and the taste and temperature of the hot spring are slightly different.
