Shenzhen Dapeng Baguang Village Pai Yashan, climb the mountain from the direction of Baguang Village, go to the Zhongguang Nuclear gdcgn Daya Bay Nuclear, take the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Base Tour bus to Nanyuan and get off and walk straight for 10 minutes to the outside. The starting point of the traditional mountaineering route is Baguang Village, Dapeng Town, which has inconvenient transportation and must be arrived by Dapeng Town by motorcycle. Chejing Baguang Village continued eastward, successively passing through Bagangtan, Yangyan Restaurant road sign, see the reservoir dam (Zaoyan Reservoir) on the right, the dam is about 3 kilometers away from Baguang Village. From the top of the cliff, climb tens of meters up to the top of the western ridge (about 600 meters above sea level), the time from the saddle to the top of the western ridge depends on the number and experience of the personnel, 1-2 hours. The traditional downhill route is south, along the ridge path directly to the Dakeng Reservoir under the mountain, the downhill time is about 2-3 hours. The main signs on the way down the mountain are: air defense trenches (about 500 meters above sea level to 300 meters), boiling water rock (an empty rock, very flat). The boiling water rock then goes south, crosses one of the catchment streams of Dakeng Reservoir, and chooses a hidden path in the middle of the hillside to go directly to the Dakeng Reservoir Dam. The shuttle bus can be reached at the dam, etc., or take the small four wheels and motorcycle to Dapeng. Protection According to reports, Paiyashan Nature Reserve is divided into four functional areas such as core areas, buffer zones, experimental areas and nature protection communities (see the attached picture of Shenzhen Business News). Among them, the core area is 38.71 square kilometers, accounting for 37.35％ total area, the buffer area 38.58 square kilometers, accounting for 37.22％ total area, the experimental area 16.32 square kilometers, accounting for 15.74％ total area, and the other three nature protection communities account for about 9.69％. The core area is located at an altitude of more than 200m on the north slope of Paiya Mountain main peak and 350m above the south slope, near the main peak of Qiushuiling in the southwest and near the fire-burning God peak in the northwest. Since there is basically no human damage, the natural vegetation here is well preserved, and there are many rare and endangered protection activities and plants. The core area is to be banned and protected, and no units and individuals are allowed to enter. The entry into the core area for scientific research, observation and investigation activities must be approved by the relevant administrative departments of nature reserves in the province. The buffer zone is located outside the core area, including the mountain and low mountains and valleys between the southern slope of Paiya Mountain and the valley, the area around the Dakeng Reservoir, Luowutian Reservoir, Jingxin Reservoir, Shuimokeng Reservoir and Damayu Reservoir, and the low mountain area of the watershed, Hemuling and burning sky. The two core areas of the protected area are connected by buffer zones, providing safe passage for the migration of wildlife in the core area. Only scientific research activities are allowed in the buffer zone, and tourism and production and business activities are prohibited. This can effectively protect the core area from interference, but also protect the vegetation development of the buffer zone. The experimental area is outside the buffer zone, including the hillsides below the north slope of Paiya Mountain, and the mountainsides of Qiushuiling, Hemuling and Fired Tian, as well as the surrounding areas of Yanzao Reservoir, Baguang Village, Gaoda Village and Dapeng Suocheng. These areas can enter activities such as scientific experiments, teaching practice, visiting and traveling, as well as domestication, breeding rare and endangered wild animals, plants and other activities.
