Located in the Port of Nagoya, the Public Aquarium was built in the novel shape of a metal ball. Based on the theme of "A Journey to the Atlantic", visitors pass through five different aquatic regions, where they can also watch IMAX movies and check out marine shows. The aquarium provides visitors with a deep understanding into the marvelous marine world of the Sea of Japan, the Pacific Ocean, and Antarctica.
