Just on the edge of Pulan County. You can drive up the mountain along a sandy road. The road is very steep and zigzag, not easy to get the wrong car. You can overlook the river and the surrounding area of Pulan County, the snow-capped mountains, and the scenery is open and spectacular. No tickets are currently charged. You can visit the Jingtang, but no photos are allowed.
Not far from Pulan County, the temple is quiet and peaceful, and the whole county can be seen from the temple.
